Katie did a truly exceptional job of progressing what should have been a simple straightforward sale , being a cash sale, no chain or mortgage on either side however it dragged on for 4 months!Without Katie’s help and support I think I would have been under heavy sedation by now! She kept up a constant pressure on slow moving solicitors, always polite but always precise and to the point.She is a great asset to her employer, but even more importantly she is invaluable to their clients.

FacebookIncompetent all round, staff aren’t interested if you have an issue. Quick enough to take your money, not interested when it comes to sorting any issues. May perhaps get someone to come round, bodge a fix then say ‘ got to get back next week sometime’, then that will be the last you ever hear of it. Once lip-service has been paid, forget about getting the issue properly sorted.

It is so good to give credit where it's due instead of leaving poor reviews because it's the only way to get a reaction from a poor performing company. I can not fault Beal's right from the start. My point of contact was Jack. Unlike many estate agents I have had the misfortune to have dealt with in the past, he actually listens to what the customer wants. His advice was sound and I have to be honest, made me look at something from an angle I would not have thought of. I think many other estate agents could do with a few more Jacks and perhaps the industry may be in a better place . Thank you so much for your professionalism and help.
