We viewed a property with Lauren from the Waterlooville branch over the weekend. Unfortunately the property was not for us however I just wanted to mention how much of a credit she is to your company. Lauren was very informative and made us feel very at ease with her bubbly and chatty personality, she was able to answer every question we asked and we look forwards to more viewings with her in the future.

We initially made a massive mistake and put our house on the market with Purple Bricks and after receiving apauling service from PB a family member recommend Beals. We cannot recommend Joe Lucas and his team enough! Ben came to value our property and take photographs, he took his time and was so professional throughout and the difference in marketing standards compared to PB was a different class. The team in the office are always on hand, they provide regular updates, return any calls promptly and are extremely helpful wether it's a member of the sales or lettings team answering the phone. They have managed to sell our property in less than two months which is quite an achievement over the quieter Christmas period. Joe has dealt with negotiating the offer from our buyer in a highly professional manner. We would only use Beals in the future for any sales or lettings and highly recommend Joe and his team!

We had involved beals right from the start. They were unbelievable in giving us assistance and guidance throughout. We decided to go ahead and sell our property with them. I've viewed a couple of flats with Freddie lately and what a credit he is to your company. He listened to my requirements and was very knowledgeable about the properties. He is warm and friendly while being professional and clear. It made me feel good about working with Beals during this difficult time of transition for me. Freddie was also supportive and positive when talking further about my housing situation, he is outstanding.

Having tried selling on 2 occasions with another estate agent we decided that a change was required. We spoke to several agents and Beal's, represented by Adam Glee was, in our view, by far the best option. We judged this on Adam's positive attitude and the overall deal that we were offered. A buyer was found within about a month and despite various delays caused by the top of the chain we have now completed and are moving early December. Adam was very pro active in dealing with the delays and managed to keep our buyer who was tiring of the wait. Beal,s and Adam gave us good advice and acted in a thoroughly professional way throughout. We would definitely recommend them.

This Estate Agency is very good, The Staff really helped me and my family and saved us from becoming homeless , Ben our agent was super helpful and went out of his way to help us. We are Black Africans and was expecting a bit of Judgemental or poor service . Ben was very non judge mental , treated well above our expectations and will definitely use Beals again. He went out of his way to give us a lot of information.

Beal's have acted as my Lettings Managing Agent for some 22 years. I have also bought property through Beal's which have subsequently been let. As a Member of the Armed Forces I have been required to serve long periods overseas and Beal's have enabled me to retain and maintain my property investments successfully over this period. For me the real test of a Managing Agent is when things go wrong; it is in difficult circumstances that the true character of your Agent is most apparent. As my long association with Beal's testifies, we have always found a way to resolve the variety of challenges that can appear. If an Agent could be described as being of good character then Beal's would surely qualify. I would also offer that as a landlord I have admired how Beal's balance and represent the interests of both tenant and landlord noting that this is increasingly important as legislation and new tax law presses on us all. The integrity, honesty and reliability that Beal's have shown in their dealings towards me make it very easy for me by return to offer my unequivocal recommendation to others looking for a similar service. I am not taken to writing recommendation's but would like to take this opportunity to publically thank particularly Darren Faulkner, Maxine Faulkner, Stacey Walters and Jessica Morgan. Let me assure that these individuals are not my friends but just excellent people with whom I have worked over the years.

Me and my partner were looking to buy a house together. We had put a flat up for sale with another agent but we felt the flat had been undervalued and it had rightly so been by £5k. After struggling to secure a mortgage we decided to leave it a few months. We decided to ask Beals to value the flat and With a new valuation of £5k more we felt happier with this company. There was no pressure to go ahead and everything was explained really well. Adam really cared about us and our future plans and after we expressed concerns about the mortgage and that we couldn’t seem to find one he set us up with their mortgage advisor Tracey that day who was just fantastic and her knowledge led to a mortgage offer. The whole process from start to finish was professional and efficient. The sale and mortgage was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend beals to anyone. Certainly avoid chimneypots!

Myself and my partner Kate bought our first property and Beals were the Estate Agents involved.I was very happy with my experiences when it concerned Daniel Black and Brett Gamblin. They were very quick and helpful to answer our queries and resolved any complaints we had.Unfortunately at times the completion date did move back (which is not Beals doing of course) but Brett did follow up on things very quickly and kept us posted which was great!Our main complaint during our experience with Beals was having explicitly told one of the staff at Beals (who wished to discuss Mortgage Protection Insurance via one of their own finance brokers) that before booking anything in I would need to speak to my partner. My partner was then called to book something in behind my back which did cause some complaints from myself.I did get an apology which was the main thing.However despite this, very good indeed!

I sold one of my investment properties through Beal's. Dan Fitzgerald dealt with the management of this sale, he was excellent. I was under time pressure as I needed the sale to complete quickly as a previous sale had failed to complete (nothing to do with Dan). Dan quickly understood my issues / timescales and worked with everyone involved to ensure the sale was managed at all stages. He also kept me fully upto date without any prompting on my part. I strongly feel Dan was instrumental in closing this sale. Dan - thank you.

Fantastic customer service from Beals Estate Agents in Hedge End. We dealt with Liz Parsons who worked enthusiastically and tirelessly and went the extra mile in her efforts to sell our property. Any queries we had were answered promptly and we were always kept up to date with immediate honest feedback from any viewings done.We used Beals own solicitors and found this a very pleasant experience with everything being clearly explained by our main contact Tanya Flack, who was superb in communicating with us every step of the way, making our experience completely stress free by keeping us constantly updated. We would highly recommend Beals and their solicitors for their outstanding service.

Since purchasing Flat 3 Admiral House to let, I have had nothing but superior service from Beal's. I have been kept informed at all times of issues affecting my position as landlord. Recently the flat came up for let and the effort put in by Matthew Rudd and Jade to find the right tenant I found most impressive. Again, I was kept informed from initial interest, through credit checks and the tenant moving in at all times. At all times during the process Matt filled me with the confidence that a landlord needs to ensure their interests are being looked after. A highly trustworthy individual, I would thoroughly recommend Matt and his team to anyone looking to let their property.

2 years of dealing with beals, awful company, do not care about the customer. Constant house issues, maintenance team will take weeks to even get anything sorted, could name atleast 4 office workers who have either lied or denied lying at multiple points. Pass you around the office so they don't have to deal with you, endless amounts of issues, often tell you they will call back and don't. Do not rent with beals. Poor company at best.

Definitely a 5 star experience. Oliver Sourmenidis , Parkgate Branch did an excellent job. We viewed a property with him on a Saturday and we moved in on Thursday. He facilitated our move in less than a week. He was completely understanding and empathetic of our situation after we have been messed by another agency. He is friendly, professional and very efficient. I’ll recommend Beales to anyone looking to rent a property.

Jon and the team have been proactive throughout the sale of our house. We had an offer within 3 weeks of the house going on the market. Beals gave us twice the amount of viewings than we got from our other estate agent.Jon spent 2 days showing my partner and I around different properties in our desired area and budget, this was an invaluable process to finding what we wanted in a property and ultimately purchasing our new home.

Team beals very good from renting out my property and selling it.Hayley worked very well on my house. Hayley got my house back up to scratch for selling my house after they rented my house out for three years. Team beals done a Stirling job renting my house out,I was 0n the beals gold plan. When I decided to put it on the market and the tenants contract finished. Beal were then asked to sell it they got hayley and the dedecorating and cleaning team for one week, to bring the property to decent state.They did an amazing job. The property was put on the market it was sold within 24 hours.Three lots of people looked at it all put offers and one couple put in the full asking price.Beals all day long!!!
