We recently moved house through the support of Jessica at Beals, she was absolutely amazing! All the questions we had, and we sure did have quite a few, was answered quickly and politely; she organised a viewing next day and liaised with the landlord for a prompt response and we were able to move in a little over a week after first contact! After 12 years of letting my property through Beal’s in Waterlooville I have just sold the property.The final months of negotiations with the tenant and the new buyer were made very straightforward through the friendly help and advice from Phoebe, the lettings manager. She made the end of the tenancy flexible and non-threatening for my tenant and personally checked the administrative details and property visits that had to be done before the sale finally went through.My grateful thanks to Phoebe and her team.

GoogleAs a landlord with several properties it can be a heavy burden to bear if it feels your agent is not working with you. Having been with the Waterlooville Branch now for many years, I have found them - and their property maintenance department, very supportive. I recently managed to secure a tenant for a property through Beals within days of it reaching the market which was a huge weight off my mind. I have found them to be professional, timely in their communication and courteous in all my dealings with them.

Both Ben and Lucy were highly professional in all dealings with the letting of my property. They paid extra care with the marketing and viewings of my house, including updating of photos online as decorative work was completed. They kept me updated on feedback from viewings and were a constant source of reassurance and ideas, ready to adapt to the market as needed to ensure a good tenant was put in place for me.I found them equally knowledgeable, professional and indeed most helpful in securing a tenant. Though Ben is the manager, I found Lucy to be of equal capacity and her friendly, helpful manner could easily be transferred to a managerial role.I am most happy with the service Beals has provided me.

We have been using Beal's full management services for over 7 years now. They have always been very professional, polite, and go out of their way to help. We very much appreciate the fact that they actually carry out the periodic inspections and send a detailed report along with photos. Not all agents provide this although they are supposed to. I wanted to thank Dan Frogley who has been a key contact for us from the beginning, and he is always willing to give his time to provide his expert advice as we build and expand our portfolio. I also wanted to thanks Molly Mae-West for being quick to respond and always happy to arrange for quotes for remedial works. Molly is friendly and very helpful. I can honestly say I sleep better knowing that Beal's are looking after our properties. Keep up the excellent work Beal's and we look forward to handing over more properties in the future to be managed by yourselves.
