GoogleWorst customer service I’ve experienced. Haven’t contacted me back in over a month, no matter the outcome of applications it is basic customer service to let a client know the outcome and to not ignore numerous of contacts that have been made. Would definitely not recommend just time wasters.

FacebookReally poor customer service. Refuse to take responsibility for property maintenance. Refuse to replace/repair washing that is their responsibility leaving me with no machine to wash my 3 year olds clothes or our work uniform. They don’t return calls or deal with complaints. Just want to take the rent. Wish we’d of gone with a more reputable letting agent

GoogleAbsolutely poor communication and customer service. We dealt with a girl who not only lied to us but never phoned you back was very unorganised. Waited over 3 weeks for things that would take minutes to do. They will take as much money as they can off you and are willing to move people into damp mouldy properties.

GoogleNot happy with the service I received. Unprofessional, little if any communication and even turned up for viewings unannounced! When I finally sold, they didn't even put a sold or under offer sign up and no acknowledgement was received from them once the sale was complete and they took their fee. Wouldn't recommend them.

GoogleGreat work, I needed a rental for a short while, helpful staff who found me my stop gap. I have moved in to my new place now and hopefully wont need to move again for a long time. been meaning to say thanks for a while, I would definitely recommend james kristian really helpful
