GoogleWhen I first needed a letting agency, I had no idea where to turn to. Luckily the folks at James Kristian were there for me. I was helped by a man named Sam. He sure saved my bacon. His steely optimism was just what a man in my position needed, without his help I'm not sure the deal could've gone through. Now I long for the day I need a letting agency. Thankyou James Kristian. And Sam.

GoogleWas lucky these guys were the agents for buying my house. They do all the basics really well (unlike most other agents in Liverpool) like answering the phone, emails and arranging viewings. They went above and beyond at every step and helped the house purchase go through faster with their excellent communication. Would not hesitate to use them again

GoogleTerrible Management company if you're a tenant. My sister has been waiting 3 weeks for the oven to be fixed, (which is probably still under warranty). When she dealt with the landlady directly it would be dealt with thin a day or 2.

GoogleI have worked with James Kristian refurbishment arm, The Refeurb Experts, for many years now on multiple projects and have always found them to be professional, fairly priced and experienced. Martin will often explain any issues that arise in detail and always comes up with solutions for me as a client to choose from. They’ve also been flexible with payment terms on numerous occasions and have always worked with me to help me get the projects completed to a good standard. I’d recommend them for both big or small projects.

GoogleI had been home hunting and ready to give up until I met Jamie at a house he stopped me must have seen how drained I was then I went in to fill out forms for the house and met Samantha I knew then these guys was going to be the ones to help. Samantha has went above and beyond to make my relocation so much easier I've even recommended these guys to my friend who also is looking to relocate. I sincerely can't thank you all enough for helping me not just find a house but a home for myself and my son. They don't just look at you because you have a high paid job they also take your own circumstances into consideration. Unlike any other estate agency I had met within my time of house hunting. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Just a mother and her son <3

FacebookAllow rogue landlords on there books who don’t repair property and then fraudulently keep over £1000 on deposit. Letting agent no use. My poor mother has been robbed and is devastated. Do not use.

GoogleToday I called this agent to ask about a rental property. I was spoken to in a very rood manner by a male who answered the call. He was very short with me and told me, "he was in no mood to answer questions Do you wish to book in or not" Very unprofessional behaviour! I don't know how your in business!

GoogleI had my property up with a ‘well known local agent’ for over 3 months and felt like I was getting no where! When I switched over to james Kristian I could barely keep up, within a matter of days they had found me a perfect tenant and gave a very professional service. I have since given them the others in my small portfolio to look after and haven’t looked back! Highly recommend these guys to anyone

GoogleWhat a lovely business to have to deal with! Professional, efficient, polite and friendly. I literally walked in off the street and asked for a valuation on my home. They more or less came out straight away and gave me an honest valuation. Good prompt service. I would recommend these to anyone. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

GoogleNever had such poor service.. the girls are lovely and so helpful but neither of them communicate at all... They lie to landlords claiming they have done repairs when they clearly have not.. we have been 6 months without a single repair and seems hanging a door takes almost half a year to do with their contractors, we get the same excuse as most ppl (we are dealing with a backlog) a backlog that's lasted over a year? Clearly need more contractors ... We ended up going over James kristian and speaking to the landlord directly.. let's just say they ain't very happy... I have multiple family members with them experiencing the same issues.. would not recommend renting from here (buying may be different)

FacebookBooked a viewing for tomorrow for a property, I've checked the property again today and a let has been agreed - no communication whatsoever from them. Emailed back the agent I booked with and he is out of office until next week. Dreadful service, seems plenty of people agree. Do NOT recommend.

GooglePaul, Nikki and the rest of the team did great work in helping us to sell our house. The sale was quick and very straightforward, the best we’ve ever experienced in a house sale or purchase, which must have owed a great deal to their considerable expertise. We weren’t expecting such a smooth process, especially given the issues presented by the pandemic, so we were very impressed.
