GoogleFrom my initial contact with Charlotte at Nock Deighton, her efficiency and professionalism has been 10 out of 10 for the sale of my property. I was in the market for a very quick sale, within 24 hours the property was up on Nock Deighton's website, Facebook and the usual property sourcing sites. In addition to the quick marketing, her experience and back book of purchasing clients were contacted in tandem. Fees are extremely competitive which was surprising considering the level of service I have received. Hannah who manages the branch was also amazing as were any of the other team members I have spoken with. I wouldn't consider any agent in the future - thanks to all.

GoogleWe made an error with rent and sent it over to you even though we hadn’t been in one of your properties for years But a quick phone call to the property management team (Natasha collier) And the issue was resolved The support we received to retrieve this money back was out of this world Especially with the cost of living that was our rent money The customer service we received was brilliant Well done from us 🥰

GoogleWe approached Nock Deighton after having an unsuccessful attempt at selling our flat in Bewdley. They were fantastic with great levels of communication and active selling / promoting of the flat resulting in far more viewings than we previously received. Unfortunately we were not able to secure a sale due to the current economic climate and couldn't afford to wait. However, we will definitely use Nock Deighton in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Tracey emailed back in a timely manner and kept me updated and informed throughout. Nock Deighton as a whole are by far the best estate agents I am yet to come across with their clients at the forefront of their mind

GooglePersonally really disappointed with the service my partner and I received. Firstly, the property we were shown was absolutely filthy, stank of cigarettes from the previous owners and had a large amount of mould and damp, I feel this estate agent clearly has low standards if they’re willing to show properties like this. The office its self is a small chalet type building, the atmosphere is very uncomfortable and I personally felt very awkward, they are not conscious of anyone’s mental health or physical disabilities so be aware of that. The main staff member I dealt with was a girl called Hannah, she was incredibly rude, dismissive and unprofessional. I would definitely recommend any other estate agents over this office.

GoogleI cannot recommend Nock Deighton enough, this is my second experience with them and they are the best estate agents I have ever dealt with. Matthew at the Kidderminster branch has been an absolute rock, dealing with everything efficiently and his degree of communication has been amazing. He is approachable, understanding and patient. Honestly, he is fab. I have to say I had a similar experience with Hazel at the same branch a couple of years ago and would like to thank her and Matt for all their support.

GoogleMatt and Caroline have been very proactive in maintaining contact with me during my property search and although I have now found elsewhere I cannot thank both and their team enough for continuing to maintain contact whilst I wait for the process to complete. In this market anything can go wrong so I am grateful for their diligence in being there in the background maintaining contact should the need arise to rejoin the search again. Top agent the only one that has done this so I would say highly recommended if you are looking for a property to buy!
