I highly recommend Barry Murphy Auctioneers to everyone. My family needed to find a new home before our son started school, and we had limited time. Nicole efficiently helped us find and purchase a house within a few weeks! The process was fast, stress-free, and well-organized. Nicole and her colleagues were very friendly, patient, and supportive. Thank you very much!

Barry Murphy is excellent Auctioneer. We have worked together on a few occasions and everytime he has been super helpful and informative. He sold our house with ease and everything went smoothly throughout. Hoping to continue to cross paths in the future as he is full of great ideas and works hard to get the best for his clients!

Barry Murphy Auctioneers did not perform due diligence prior to putting a property up on sale. It turned out that a tenant was living there unregistered and a Letter of Termination was never issued, which we were unaware of at the time of paying a deposit. To all the buyers out there - please make sure to always check whether a tenant is in the property and whether a Letter of Termination was issued. In our case as soon as we asked the buyer pulled out. I would have expected the real estate agency to be more professional and check ahead of time prior to putting the property on the market. Lost time and money.NegativeProfessionalism

Photos of my house were sent to me for pre-approval before they went online - I was very happy with their quality. I was given feedback after each viewing. I have just bought a house through Barry Murphy, and would like to thank Nicole for her polite, friendly and prompt service. She did a great job of negotiating the sale, and responded to all my queries very quickly and efficiently. I even got a bottle of Prosecco from her when the sale completed, which was a very nice touch. If I were selling a property, I would definitely go to Barry Murphy.

Barry Murphy is the best agency I have ever used in Ireland. Their apartments are really nice and clean. The agency is very reliable in resolving any situation that might arise. After a couple of years on rent, we bought a beautiful house close to the city centre in Waterford and in less than two months from the offer, we moved in. We were very fortunate to have again Barry Murphy as our agent for this transition and he made the entire process very smooth and in a very reasonable time. I cannot highlight enough how much I recommend this company for their professionalism. Thank you so much for everything.
