GoogleI recently sold my house using Barry Murphy Auctioneers and I would highly recommend them. Nicole was brilliant to deal with, there was great communication and I was always kept up to date. The house sold in a matter of weeks, at the price I wanted, even though it was for sale during the Christmas period. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

GoogleWe couldn't recommend Barry and his team high enough! We recently sold a property in Waterford and as we live in Dublin we were expecting the process to be a headache. Barry went over and above what you would expect an estate agent to do and because of him looking after everything for us, we didn't have to visit Waterford once! Nothing was a problem for him! His customer service is 5 star 🌟
Thank you for your great review Deirdre, it's greatly appriciated!

FacebookThe whole experience with the team at Barry Murphy Auctioneers was exceptional. I live in the UK so the whole transaction was handled by Nicole Shanahan and she did a superb job. From estimation of the valuation all the way through to the sale of the property was flawless. This was done at a particularly challenging time in the middle of lockdown. The communication and the proactive approach was second to none. Nicole was even on hand when the buyers of the property contacted her to say they had found a suitcase of photos after they had moved in to the property. We were very grateful to the new buyers and to Nicole for going the extra mile and sorting this out for us as well. A truly exceptional and professional service in very challenging times. Many thanks to the whole team at Barry Murphy Auctioneers.
Thanks Gary, it was our pleasure.
