Barry and his team were an absolute pleasure to deal with, throughout what can be a long, nerve wrecking, and drawn out process. Barry was was friendly, approachable and always very easy to reach when we needed him. A true professional, we agreed what would be a fair price early on and he didn’t once try to pressure us to raise our price, or to lose faith in the property we had our hearts set on. He was a great source of reassurance to us in finalising what would be a slightly complicated sale. We were house hunting two years ago and things didn't work out how we wanted at the time. The process was so difficult and daunting that we absolutely dreaded going through it a second time. I soon realised I didn't need to feel that way. We dealt with Nicole and she made the process seamless the whole way through, checked in regularly to see how we were and if we needed anything, it was so reassuring and completely put us at ease. I helped my parents recently when they were selling their house. I had a lot of dealings with Nicole and she was a dream to work with. I know people will say well that’s their job but this was very different. Nicole went over and beyond in helping my parents. From ringing out of hours, answering calls and messages on weekends also.
