Sam really helped us all through the purchasing process. Very personable and focused on meeting the needs of the chain. I don't think we would have achieved the timings we needed without her tenacious attitude. It is worrying when it goes quiet so a brief email/text just saying 'we are working behind the scenes don't worry' would be appreciated but overall we were very happy and impressed. You were certainly the most competent estate agency of the whole chain!!

A slick, efficient and highly professional team at Knight Frank in Stratford Upon Avon. They lead the way in providing a superb service throughout the process of selling (and buying). Their marketing knowledge and photographs of our home were exceptional - the images sold our property without a doubt. The team are fully briefed on each other’s portfolio, so that any query we had could be discussed and addressed immediately. Particularly impressive was the commitment to progressing the agreed offer through to early completion. This was done at pace and nothing was allowed to slip.
