We have been dealing with Will since last June over the sale of a building plot and our family Home. Thoughout this time he has been charming, quick to respond to queries and kept us and the purchasers well informed at all times. Both sales are now completed and we are very grateful to Will for making it on the whole 2 stress-free Sales ! He is a credit to KF and our purchasers agree too. It is also worthy of mention that whilst Will did a fantastic job for us it was a great team effort from James Way, Lauren and of course Sue who did most of our viewings for us - well done guys. One other very valid point is that one of KFs competitors came to do a valuation and they valued the 2 sales by less than over £400,000 than we eventually achieved !

I cannot rate Samantha highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble and she showed a professionalism and attention to detail which instilled a great degree of confidence. What was especially reassuring was her regular contact with us between agreeing the sale and the exchange of contracts. This is always the most stressful period of any property transaction and yet she liaised with both parties and their solicitors and ensured that everyone knew exactly what was happening at all times. We would have no hesitation about asking her to act for us again.

Buyer found in less than a week. So far so good! And I mean very good - professional, efficient and friendly making the whole experience less daunting. Their advice, photography and marketing plan have been very honest and uncomplicated. Communications have been excellent, be it on the telephone or via email - always getting a response or a quick call back. The big difference with Knight Frank is that they take the time to get to know their vendor and cater to their needs, and they quite obviously know their prospective buyers who were viewing within 24 hours of going on the market and all very genuine thus a buyer found. Let's hope all goes well and the sale goes through with not too many hitches.
