We elected to use Knight Frank as agents to sell our house never have had prior dealings with them. Jamie Youngman was the Senior Negotiator who was assigned to us and from the onset inspired us with his confidence and knowledge of the market place. He has a very honest and likeable approach when dealing with us and we were very much guided by his thoughts and recommendations. Once our house was "under offer" he really went the extra mile in seeing the sale through to completion. Knight Frank have just managed to sell my house in Leamington Spa without it even going on to the market!. Samantha had a client looking for a property and the process was very efficient and took 6 weeks from the first viewing to completion. It was refreshing to deal with someone who is professional - and also likeable and Samantha had a good rapport with both myself and also the buyers - keeping everyone informed which was necessary to meet the buyers’ timescales. Sold a second property in 2 years through James Way at the Stratford office and again received a 5 star service. Highlights are that his estimate of the likely selling price was close to, but less than, what was actually achieved and he recommended a process (offers-over and a closing date) that worked well for a pretty special property. Finally but importantly to me, Knight Frank staff handled all the viewings (100+!!) and managed the process to a successful conclusion some 4 weeks after going to market. Very impressed and they earnt their fee. In my opinion Knight Frank Stratford are very professional and twice now have avoided the usual estate agency ploy of over-valuing a property to get the business and then having to manage the owner's expectation downwards.

Nothing could have been further from the truth.I emailed James and told him my tale of woe. No over estimates or promises just a calm and professional approach.
