Selling a property after the death of a parent and dealing with the probate system is an emotional time. So it was so reassuring to meet Will from Knight Frank . He was professional and friendly and I felt we could trust him and the company to take over the sale. Communication was excellent, any email or phone call to Will was returned very promptly. We were kept informed constantly during the process. Also thanks to Andrea, who had a whole day of viewings at one point, and also the staff from the office who kept us up to date with viewing times and feedback. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Will and Knight Frank again for any future sales.

We invited 3 Estate Agents to pitch for our House Sale. Samantha and Will did their double act on us and we appointed Knight Frank. Samantha has been our main point of contact and has been an absolute STAR. Funnily enough, the main negotiations actually took place when Samantha was on holiday and Will stepped in admirably. The negotiations were swift and efficient and I believe everyone has been happy since that day. It was definitely a benefit that we had met Will previously. The sale of our beautiful home was always going to be emotional and delicate for us and we requested delicate support from day one. Samantha has provided the absolute perfect blend of support. I had major surgery right in the middle of the process and Samantha ensured that all stress was taken off Michelle and I while I was allowed time to recover. Well done Samantha!!!!!
