David and Amelia (and the rest of Kingsman) what can I say! Buying our first property, we didn’t have a clue where to start and what we were looking for. From the minute we met David, and saw the property for the first time, we felt so at ease and were given answers to questions we didn’t even know to be asking. We ended up viewing the property in total 4 times before completion, and each time was no trouble or hassle for David. After putting an offer in and it being accepted, we were put in the hands of Amelia and words can’t even describe how amazing she has been to us from to start to finish, and even checking in after we have completed. Amelia did so much chasing with our solicitors, helped with what to say when I wasn’t sure and was a shoulder to cry, laugh and rant on throughout this whole experience and can honestly say that I don’t quite know what we would have done without her on this journey. We can’t thank Kingsman enough for all their help and approach to buying our first home and all the memories we begin to make in it.

Kingsman have been absolutely brilliant. The sale of my mother’s house has been a protracted journey with two sales falling through at the last minute, owing to matters outside of anyone’s control, and the very best of efforts by Kingsman to see it through. Both David and Tom have worked tirelessly throughout and to see the third sale through to completion. So much work done ‘behind the scenes’ chasing and trying to expedite matters. Always responsive and supportive and each time it went back on the market, acquired new buyers very quickly. Would have no hesitation to recommend Kingsman.
