We chose Kingsman as our Estate Agents on recommendations from friends, and we were not disappointed. Having never sold a property, and it being the family home of 60 years, it could have been a very different experience, but from the very first meeting with David, right through to the final sale, David and Amelia have both been very approachable and professional. David's local knowledge was invaluable to us, and we appreciated all his advice and guidance, which resulted in the property being realistically priced, and a Sale agreed on the first Viewing Day. We cannot thank Amelia enough for all her help and perseverance, and for her patience in answering all our questions, and there were quite a few, being new to selling homes. The whole experience was so much better than we could have ever imagined, and that is due to the excellent service given by both David and Amelia. Thank you both so much. We would not hesitate to recommend Kingsman to anyone looking to sell their home.

We have recently used David, Amelia and the wonderful team at Kingsman to sell our home. The process from start to finish has been outstanding. We had multiple agents value our property and David stood out above the rest with a great understanding of not only our property, but the market in general and gave us lots of useful tips on buying too. There were no hidden fees for photographs or identity verification which we really appreciated. We sold in the very first weekend of listing after a bumper day of viewings and the communication throughout was outstanding. We had feedback from each prospective purchaser and the negotiations on our sale were seamless. Once sold the progress was passed to Amelia who has kept us up-to-date on a weekly basis. She liaised with our buyers and the sellers of the property we purchased and both solicitors, and ensured that all communications were top notch. We have now exchanged contracts and are ready for our move. We can't recommend Kingsman Estate Agents enough & I will be telling anyone considering moving to speak to David first. We all know that selling your home can be stressful but the whole process has been anything but, and that's down to Kingsman. So, a huge thank you from The Francis Family.

This is the second time Kingsman, and particularly Tom, has acted excellently on our behalf for a sale. On both occasions, as expected, we faced many risks from the chain, hurdles and roadblocks. In those times of distress, Toms knowledge of property, sales and even conveyancing enables him to protect you and for you to feel as little impact as possible. I cannot speak highly enough of Toms behaviours, impeccable timing, dedication to his clients and just all round being a top guy to deal woth! As a final note, If it wasn't for Tom, the driving force in our chain, there is no way we would have moved before Christmas. Even on moving day, with a banking error, risking our entire chain, Tom was pushing every limit to ensure we had our keys (And we did at 5.15, with Tom on the other end of the phone still supporting!) I absolutely would not use any other estate agent, Kingsman just do things properly!

David recently sold our property in Warwick and the experience from start to finish was incredible! Initially, David attended a pre-arranged appointment to carry out a valuation of our property. He arrived promptly and was very well prepared. There was none of the usual 'Estate Agent' patter that we had previously experienced, just a confident pitch of what they do as a business to sell your property for a fair price, in line with other properties in the area. David and his team kept us up-to-date throughout all of the developments, and ensured our experience was a smooth and stress free one. We initially viewed properties with Kingsman Estate Agents and really liked David's no pressure approach. So when it came to selling our house, we opted for Kingsman as we knew we'd get clear, honest communication from David and expertise in the Warwick housing market. Once our property was listed, David kept us up to date with interest and viewings and produced marketing reports for us to really understand what was going on with the sales process. When we received an offer, there was no pressure for us to accept it, where other estate agents may have just been thinking about closing the sale. Once we accepted an offer it was over to Amelia who did an amazing job progressing the sale. It turned out to be quite a complex chain with a lot of stop/start in the process, but Amelia steered us through it, keeping us informed along the way and doing a lot of legwork that really should have been handled by the other estate agents or conveyancers in the chain. We can't fault the service we received from Kingsman Estate Agents, and we would happily buy or sell a property through them in the future.

Tom orchestrated the sale of our two properties and we can't thank him enough for all of the work he's undertaken throughout the process. Worst experience ive had with a Estate Agency. Very unprofessional and dishonest process of bidding offers on a property. Tom the Agent gave false information about offers and the client requirements. I spoke to another individual who gave an offer only to be told that Tom was giving false information about how high the offer was at and then proceeded to lie. This is a new Estate Agency operating in Birmingham and I will also be reporting them and their tactics along with other members of the public that have viewed properties and how Tom has been sharing offer amounts with everyone other than tbe clients

It was an absolute pleasure to be assisted by Kingsman Estate Agents for my property purchase. This company sets themselves apart in terms of the personable approach they provide. David conducted the viewing of the property and it was clear he had an extensive knowledge and experience in the industry. I really appreciated his efficiency in getting things swiftly underway once my offer was accepted. I was then grateful to be introduced to Amelia who became my point of contact leading up to completion. Amelia was so supportive and reassuring and instrumental in keeping things progressing in order to help me get to completion as soon as possible. Lastly, I was so grateful to be assisted by Gemma in the set up of my new mortgage and mortgage protection, a service Kingsman provided at no extra cost and completely took the hassle away. We approached a few estate agents when we were looking to sell our first home. David at Kingsman was who we felt most comfortable with due to his balanced, clear and honest demeanour. David calls and shows up when he says he will. Furthermore, there was no sleazy/pressured sales pitch. He talked us through his vast experience and how Kingsman operates. At the end of the consultation, David left us with his research and additional literature to read through. He answered our follow-up questions without losing patience, something that was needed with us as first-time sellers. David was quick to process our sale and get the house on the market within days of the initial appraisal. He arranged viewings to suit our schedules and guided us through the feedback and offers received, even if it was outside of his usual office hours. Once we’d made a decision and agreed to accept an offer, David transitioned us over to dealing with Amelia for the post-offer-accepted process. As is usually the case, this turned out to be more challenging than expected. However, Amelia was always on hand to chase up the laid-back buyers and their uncommunicative solicitors, whilst also keeping us updated on events/next steps. I am certain had it not been for David’s, and Amelia’s, excellent guidance and strong work ethic to stay on the case, we would still be in the throes of the exchange-completion battle with the buyers side still! David was also able to get us a discount with the local movers! Thank you Kingsman for all your hard work, putting up with all our queries, and making the house sale as effortless as possible. It wasn’t plain sailing but I do not believe anyone else could have done it better. The offer of tea and cake at the new digs remains available ;-)
