FacebookI rented a property on Portland Street through EHB and they were useless. On one occasion they gave the keys to a contractor who just let himself in whilst my girlfriend was home alone. No prior warning. We were there for over two years and the doorbell didn’t work from day one. People had to ring us as we were on the top floor. EHB said as the doorbell was on the outside of the property it wasn’t their or the owner’s responsibility. Pathetic. On another occasion we had all the power go off. We told EHB who sent an electrician but we got charged £60. Avoid renting with them. They are happy to take the rent but when you need them to do something they don’t want to know. You’ll have to harass them. There was a horrible woman in lettings with a foreign name who was a complete waste of skin. You’ve been warned

FacebookTo be fair Sales were excellent but do not use the lettings side of this business. Very unprofessional team. I had to tell them that my property was not on Rightmove after waiting two weeks for appointments. Lost potential revenue and no formal apology. On their first visit with a potential tenant, they lacked the courtesy of taking off their shoes and walked over my clean carpets and bathrooms. These people are supposed to look after your property! When I emailed a complaint they had the audacity to cancel the contract because I was rude! I asked to speak to the Director. No response. Clearly, these people have little regard to customer service.

I have been dealing with the Leamington office on a residential lease extension. As well as the survey, their director of Residential Surveys has been negotiating the premiums and prepared a case for the Property Tribunal, although that won't be required now due to the successful negotiations. They have gone beyond my expectations. Highly recommended and I will use EHB again.

It's important to clarify that ehB was only responsible for finding the tenant as per the landlord's instructions. The management of the tenancy was entirely handled by the landlord, a detail that was communicated to you on multiple occasions - during the property viewing, when signing the tenancy agreement, and at the key handover. Any issues you may have encountered after moving in should not be attributed to ehB. When it came time for the end of your tenancy, the landlord requested us to return the deposit to you. As the communication between yourself and the landlord confirmed mutual agreement, we swiftly processed the deposit release without any delays. Thank you once again for choosing our services. GoogleWe’ve just sold our second property through eHB Warwick and they’ve been as brilliant as the first time. They’re a great team, headed up by Mark Wade (Director), who runs a very efficient and effective ship. Their quality of photographs and sale adverts is the best in the area, they know the market to the nth degree, and know the absolute most efficient and best way to sell properties (we’ve just gone from putting a house on the market to completion in 11 weeks). An excellent Estate Agents that I would highly recommend and fully deserving of their 5 star Google Review rating.
