GoogleIt has been a great shame to see the EHB managed property service deteriorate over the last two years. In the initial purchase and letting process Sharon was completely faultless, consistently responsive and a true testament to a small business with exceptional customer service mentality. Unfortunately, since her departure, the managed property services have been a great disappointment, lacking in care, attention, and responsiveness, to a point where I have had to take back the management of the property myself. As an overseas landlord the desire to know your tenants and property are being well looked after is something you are happy to pay a premium for. When a premium is being charged but the service is not being provided it becomes upsetting and stressful, especially when basic elements of property and tenant management are ignored, despite consistent requests for response to urgent requirements. Having to consistently chase down the letting team and receiving curt, unhelp and incorrect information to issues, that under management they should have dealt with, have also exacerbated the frustration and disappointment. I hope that the team can take this feedback as critical but useful criticism and a cry for a return to the original, exceptional, and fully customer focused experience that they use to provide.

GoogleWe used ehb to sell our home earlier this year and we cannot fault the service we received. Mark valued our house and provided great detail on the valuation, information on houses sold in the area, key selling points to our home and how best to make process run smoothly.
It was also really refreshing to not feel pressured into using ehb for the sale. The conversations were very relaxed and Mark's first thought was always what was best for us.
As this was our first home, selling a property was new territory to us, so having Mark & Leon at ehb to help us with every question we had a guide us through the process was incredibly helpful.
We cannot recommend ehb highly enough!

I really valued his approach which was much calmer (not at all pushy like estate agents can be!). Mark and his team, Leon and Ros, sold our property within a week and helped us secure our dream home, which was also for sale with EhB. Mark really made all the difference and we are living happily in our new home. GoogleI moved to EHB after being with another National agent for over nine months. I had become increasingly frustrated by what I perceived as a lack of co-ordination and poor communication. I remember making my enquiry to EHB and wow what a complete difference in attitude, service, enthusiasm and interest in my property. Even the basics were far superior like the marketing brochure and photographs showed the property selling points and potential way better than the previous agent. Mark and his team sold the property within one week of it going on the market for the asking price which was the same it had been on with the previous agent. I have no hesitation recommending Ehb if you are selling in Warwick, I made a huge mistake sticking with the other agent for so long.

Dear Wendy, when completion takes place, we hand over the keys that the vendor has supplied to us. The majority of the keys are left in the property. I had a nice chat with your husband when he collected them and we talked about the duration of the transaction. I understand you called the office later that afternoon to say that the garage door was unlocked and you couldn’t find a key for it. We instantly contacted the vendor and asked them to check if they could locate one, and if so please could they please drop it through your letterbox. I understand this happened, however the key/keys unfortunately wasn’t the right one. I was informed that you called again yesterday and explained this to my colleague, who rightly recommended that you changed the lock, especially as you were going away. You then implied it was somehow our legal responsibility to sell a secure property and we should pay for a new lock. Please feel free to check with your solicitor, but I think they will agree that a missing garage key is not something we can be blamed for. We totally understand your frustration, however giving us a bad review for something that is clearly not our fault is more than frustrating for us as a business who prides itself on customer satisfaction. We have emailed the vendor and asked them to check again and if we have any news we will inform you.
