GoogleMegan has recently started at Brambles and is the go to contact for letting enquires and I can happily say she is extremely professional & happy to help in any way! She is very efficient in speaking to our landlord about any issues or requests and returning back with answers in a very quick time. He was always available, via phone and email, kept in touch regularly to check on the status, if I asked a question he didn't have the answer to he would always find the answer. FacebookBrambles Estate Agents have been AMAZING!!! I highly recommend using them!!! They have been extremely helpful throughout the whole 'moving house' experience and 'held my hand' the entire way. Every phone call was answered and quickly returned. Every question was answered and dealt with straight away. They were completely on top of everything the whole way through and I knew I was in good hands. They were so friendly and felt like extended family as they ensured I was always completely in the know. Really really thankful for Ryan and Chris especially!! Thank you!!

The end to end process has been dealt with by Chris and Ryan who have shown fantastic market-knowledge and worked with the utmost professionalism and integrity at all stages. They are fantastic at communicating and really helped us understand what was going on at all stages of the sale. Would recommend to all my friends, family and anyone who wants to work with a team who are the best at what they do.

GoogleAsked them to take down their Let By board 3 weeks ago which had been up for a couple of months, it's still there! Also asked SBK, who took theirs down within 2 days, wouldn't use Brambles with that sort of customer service.
Hello Gill. Unfortunately I cannot find your name on our data base, perhaps if you can provide me with the property address, this would help me look in to this matter further? Were you a landlord, tenant, or a neighbour ? For your information we have recently changed our board movement company (Just before the Christmas break), as our previous supplier, which was a franchise, had a new person in charge for our area based in Newbury, they were not only slow to get jobs done, but also did not do them very well! Unfortunately this was out of our control, but now has been rectified with the appointment a new local board service company. I hope this explains the reason that this may have taken so long, but as I mentioned beforehand the actual property address would help me look in to this more, as my lettings manager did not recognise, nor can locate your name on our system.
