Our kitchen fuse blew the second week in our rental and the radiators were not working. We inquired with the agents. Although they could not immediately fix the issues themselves, they sent help. For this we are grateful.

Nothing was too much trouble for her, including taking meter readings and collecting post. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
