GoogleAvoid! Utter shambles of an agency. Horrible company. The rudest staff I think I have ever dealt with. Do not expect them to be flexible for you, you have to ring them half an hour before a viewing (normally its the other way round!). Worst of all pulled my tenancy from underneath me, six hours before check in citing the reason 'we never liked you from the beginning'. Avoid these discriminatory people!

Simon, many thanks for your review of your experience with our company, whilst I do not wish to discuss this on a public forum, I feel our other readers would benefit from our response as well as yourself. I notice that your previous agent had also “let you down” and that they too were very “rude and unhelpful”. I can’t understand how you have failed to spot the common factor here?
Maybe the problem lies with you? If you behave in a rude, arrogant, demanding, entitled manner then what do you expect to receive back from the people you are dealing with? It is clear from your other reviews that you have a serious issue with Estate Agents.
Maybe if you pulled your neck in a little and learnt to treat people as you’d like to be treated, you’d be moving into a new home today? But your attitude and insulting manner let you down, and bringing in your parents as reinforcements certainly didn’t help your situation. Perhaps in a few years time, once you’ve grown up, you can come back and we can treat each other like adults.
Remember, common courtesy and manners cost nothing, wishing you the best of luck.
