From our very first meeting with Tesh, we knew he was the right person to market our home exactly as we wanted. Selling your home is a team effort, and Tesh truly works alongside you every step of the way. From the sale board going up to completion, the whole process took only eight weeks. Tesh was with us all the way, taking on board our ideas and promoting our property on his socials, which led to valuable leads. He even carried out viewings on a Sunday, and incredibly, the first couple to view put in an offer just 40 minutes after seeing the property! Selling our home was far less stressful than we expected, and thanks to Tesh, the process was smooth and efficient. Tesh and Andy were excellent and went above and beyond what any other estate agent would do. We had a very difficult moving experience and having moved several times and having used many estate agents Hamlet were by far the best! Through good communication and the perseverance of Tesh we got everything through and are now living where we want to be. Tesh even came back the following day to help us finish clearing out our shed! If you are thinking of using some of the larger corporate estate agents I would say don’t and go to Hamlet with their ethos of caring about every client they have!!

These guys are the absolute "best in class" in lettings. It is very rare that you come across a company who goes above and beyond for their customer.
