GoogleCouldn’t recommend James and his team enough !!! From the first dealing at the office with Scott and Sheena and the team to the last sealing of the deal it was amazing, professional and they made the process very quick and simple, I would 1000% recommend this company, Thank you so much James and the team you’ve really gave me my dream home

GoogleWorst letting agency for me so far. Employees are unreliable, do not call back. I would also like to note that the Sheena C. is the mother of landlord James C. Of course, she does not inform any potential tenants of this. I found out about it only after 1.5 years of renting, when there were problems with, for example, carrying out repairs. Long time to talk about it... The choice of letting agencies is very wide on the market, so contact anyone ... steer clear of them unless you have enough nervous to waste them. Such agencies should not exist in the market.

GoogleAvoid like the plague. The issues started at our move in. They changed our move in date twice, the second time an hour before we were meant to pick up the keys. While living there we were left alone, however didn’t get the yearly gas safety check. When moving out it seemed to go smoothly until I handed in the keys, at which point I was told they couldn’t accept the them until I give notice (which I already had). It then took over 3 months to get my deposit back, which they took money off, but they never told me why and not too sure why they did, as the house as left in a better state than we got it in)

GoogleI was a tenant at a property that is managed by FastMove for 2.5 years. Rent & Agency Fee were reasonable. All my property related issues that used to arise due to regular wear & tear were addressed to my satisfaction. Sometimes response was bit slow and required follow ups. Thanks Sheena & Scott for your support & service. Cheers!!

GoogleIf I could give 0 stars, I would. For anyone that lives in the Warrington/Latchford area and considering renting. Please stay clear of FastMove Properties Ltd. I cannot even begin to go into the details of what we experienced with them over the last 8 months. We were left to live in unsafe conditions, with leaks, black mould and broken heating. The landlord did not care and neither did the estate agents, we were ignored for months through emails and phone calls. I have attached photos of how bad the mould had gotten when we were finally able to move out of the house on Knutsford Road. This is a warning to anyone, do not involve yourself with them. They don't care about their tenants, the landlord only cares about the money in his pocket and will do nothing to help or repair anything. They need to be shut down immediately.

GoogleShocking company with a bad set of workers passing the book my partner’s daughter has been in apartment ( Moorside latchford ) for 5 years, the place is fallen apart contacted hundreds of times she’s been left with no hot water for 9 days , no working lights in toilet has to leave door open to use the toilet/bath/ shower with 2 young children now CAB and solicitors are involved absolute joke of a company with no regard for peoples health

GoogleI have had the smoothest transaction with FastMove Properties Ltd. I instructed the company to source me a tenant and manage the property which they did in under 24 hours and helped me through the process. They were very reasonable in there fees and offered the best allround service from the other agents in the Warrington area. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to find a management company for there rental investments or any other property requirements.

GoogleThis is the worst letting agency ever, they have been holding my deposit since Sept 2022, wen i moved out of their property and I have still not gotten it till now, the staff are very clueless about how to get my money back and very very RUDE. I f you wanna get a property, and its been handled by this agency, just run. If I could rate them a minus, I would gladly do that.

GoogleI have had my properties with Fastmove for a few years and have always found them very helpful and up to speed with all the necessary regulations, I have never had to worry about maintenance as everything is taken care of for me. Would recommend this Company.

GoogleLandlords, I would strongly advise against listing your property with this agent. We have been trying to rent a property local to ours for my mother in law and the perfect location came up, unfortunately it is through this agent though. Trying to contact them is a nightmare, rarely is the phone answered, so you have to leave a voicemail. Nobody calls back when you do. I did get through on one occasion but the person I spoke to said they knew nothing about the property and that the person that did was out on a viewing and they would get them to call me. Nobody called back. We also tried contact by email but, surprise surprise, got no response. When I then ring back after several days, eventually getting through, to complain about the service, I am told they don't like my tone and I am harassing them and they put the phone down! Brush up on your customer services and do your job! You've lost your client a tenant that was happy to pay over the asking rate to secure the tenancy!

GoogleWe’ve used Fast Move Properties services for over 3 years and have always received great customer service in all our encounters. The team always go the extra mile which is why we’ve always continued to use their services and had no issues in the time we’ve been working with them. In addition, we’ve always found them to be fair with pricing and professional in all their handlings with us.

GoogleWe do NOT recommend Fastmove properties. The management are extremely rude and unhelpful and do not care about the conditions of the property or show any interest when it comes to repairing or making improvements.

GoogleLast week I had a viewing and as I was calling up to check I had the right time, they informed me the lady doing the viewing was off sick that day. It was lunch time - they failed to notify me in the morning. I brushed it off, they may not be privy to one another's timetables. I rescheduled for today. Yesterday I called up to make sure everything was smooth sailing and they didn't notify me of any changes. I arrive 15 minutes early for the viewing and call up to check where I can park. They told me they'd actually had an issue with the tenants a few days prior (despite my phone call yesterday) and they had been too busy to contact me with 4-5 current tenants. Despite having my email and mobile phone number, too busy to write a 20 character message. I live 1h away from Warrington. It cost me £30 to travel to the viewing. I will be filing a formal complaint both with the company and right move.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleVery poor estate agents, please do not let this company manage your house. They have cost me thousands of pounds, while they have been managing my property they told me jobs needed doing so I paid to find out no jobs have been done. Since getting my keys back they are refusing to contact me or even deal with the jobs they said has been completed. Even £1800 to fix a boiler lucky I had British Gas cover to fix the problems. Please do not trust Scott as he lies and holds on to your money even though tenants have paid. Please avoid.

GoogleJo and Hannah at Fast Lettings are two very wonderful ladies. My Dad found himself without somewhere to live and had to relocate to Warrington very quickly. We found a property on the Monday and he had the keys by Wednesday!! They were polite, supportive and showed amazing empathy to our situation and really helped made the process smooth and very very quick! They understood that speed was important and delivered more than we could of asked for! Two very special people!

GoogleThe greatest estate agency I have dealt with. Honest, friendly and helpful staff. They are always very approachable, caring and efficient when dealing with any issues. They make the relationship between tenant and agent much more personal and genuine than any other big branch agency. I highly recommend it, they will surely take a good care of you.
