GoogleWe used Lee for the sale of our house and he couldn't have been more professional, polite and pleasurable to deal with. He was honest and realistic, and didn't over or under hype. He was also exceptionally hard working and diligent, actively finding and persuading people to view our house (which wasn't in his usual patch). I've not had great experiences with estate agents in the past- if only they could all be like Lee and Charmill. We couldn't have been happier with our whole experience.
