GoogleLee is an unbelievable agent. I am a solicitor who has worked with Lee for a while, last year alone we managed to close 6 completion in just a few months. GoogleI viewed the flat before all the work had been completed. Everything was finished exactly as Andrew had said and we moved into a beautiful flat without any stress just over two weeks later. It has been by far the best experience I have had renting a flat in London.

Even when our initial choice was withdrawn from the market, he made sure to find another suitable, if not better ,alternative. Couldn't be more pleased with the choice. GoogleMy recent experience with Charmill was mind blowing! Never have I ever rented a flat so fast and with so much professionalism. I had a phone call with Andrew I gave my offer and he executed straight away. I made my offer on a Wednesday and I moved in on Saturday! Win win for me and the landlord. I wasn’t much surprised though of how good his service was as I had rented my first flat in London 16 years ago and had a great memory of his professionalism back then. I also need to note that he was very discreet while he did viewings in one of my flats I used to live and he was showing it to future tenants. 10 years later I was lucky to find a flat through Charmill as I was looking for 4 months with no luck with other agents. Really thank you Charmill!
