Can’t fault the post sales follow up…

Can’t fault the post sales follow up from Eccleston. We had problems with our house but they were fixed faster than we thought they would be and with a lot of enthusiasm. What we thought might be stressful situation wasn’t at all. Gerardine & Tony do a lot of work at pace to get things moving when something needs to be done. Very proactive team with regular check ins makes for a good one experience.

We are KIM family recently moved to Macclesfield (Silk Rose Place). We are very delighted and pleased that we got our first home with Ecclestone homes, particularly with Silk Rose Place. Amy (sales advisor) has been brilliant since the very beginning of our journey with Ecclestone homes and throughout pre and post-moving in. Both Amy and Rick (the site manager) have been extremely approachable and always supportive whenever we needed help and advice. We feel they have gone the extra mile everytime and very privileged that we have met them. It's been very pleasant first time house buyer experience and we would like to thank you for taking this opportunity.

Impressive!!

I am just about to exchange contracts on a Hartford at Garrott Manor. The service fromChristine / Yvonne from start to finish so far has been great. I have only seen the show home, but the quality looks Amazing! It’s my dream home! The most impressive part so far is the communication, responsiveness, helpfulness, and attitude from the sales team in helping us to secure this property, even during these crazy times! They couldn’t do enough and I really felt like they have been apart of this exciting process with me.

Challenging after care and customer care or lack of it

The garden was and still is not to the NHBC standard still waiting for this to be resolved since July 2023The sewage stink 128" from my front door is still there and awaiting a new type of manhole lid since 21st August 2023 Some work was carried out before Easter 2024 but still requires finishing off I have sent in a spread sheet with over 50 items that need addressing Shame there was not a 10% retainer in the contract as they would be a bit more focused if they needed to complete the defects, to have that released So still not happy still waiting will update in a few days

NHMC escalation letter handed in today.Will see if this accelerates the pace of the remedial works, most of the end customer should never have seen they should have been dealt with my the site manager as they happened and corrected before the customer was asked to complete the sale. Over 9 weeks of ownership of this house and it will be next week before it is suitable to move into at the earliest.

Great Customer Service!

A very good service from the sales consultant Louise of the Holland House Farm. She patiently explained the purchasing process to us since me and my wife is no good in English. She even used a translation app to explain most of the details to us. She is a very nice and helpful staff.
