A one star rating is too good for this business! Completely inept from the agent to their so-called professional mortgage broker. Allowed seller's solicitor to harass and bully me and also bombarded me with messages whilst at work but didn't answer calls when I tried to contact them. I am now out of pocket as seller has withdrawn the property even though it still shows for sale.

GoogleAmazing service from Andrew and the whole team. We managed to get into our house in less than 4 weeks after having our offer accepted!!! Andrew always returned my calls promptly and any problems were quickly resolved. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future. There's a For Sale sign been up on a house we've passed a few times over the past 2 weeks but can't find it on their website or Rightmove. I rang one of the branches to be told, indignantly, I'd rang the wrong office. I pointed out that there is no local office and as this one is relatively close by, I thought I'd try them. He said he had 'no idea' but he'd look. Terrible telephone manner, told him I'd look myself. Tried another office and was told it's not being marketed yet as the owner has been choosing the photos. Fair enough but I asked why the sign was up and was told because it's for sale. Very confusing. Sort yourselves out Bridgfords. Glad you aren't selling our house!

We used Bridgford's in Halifax to sell our property. My main concern with them was that they hardly ever answered the telephone and relied upon an answer machine. Add onto this the fact that on numerous occasions they didn't return our calls. They didn't manage to sell our property and we do wonder if prospective buyers calls weren't returned either.Secondly feedback from them on enquiries, market data and ongoing support and advice was non existent. Overall customer service was poor to say the least.

Well, where do I start? I don't recommend this agency at all. All the agents are useless. Customer service, professionalism is lacking at Bridgfords. We rented a property back in 2022, that we had to leave because mould and MICE both h&s hazards weren't solved and reported to the council (with someone vulnerable in the property). The flat was very dirty when we move in and now they are trying to charge us for the cleaning. They painted the flat and now they are trying to get this from our deposit. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. we have tried our best to solve these issues, but they have no decency. They always try to blame the landlord but I don't even think the landlord is aware at this point. please look for another agency and make yourself a favour.

Appalling service and very unprofessional letting services ,My wife and I signed up with Bridgeford (Withington office) to find a tenant for our BTL property and things went from bad to worst as we were constantly chasing them for update with progress with no response to our email and their phone was always diverted to an answering machine ,Eventually they found us a tenant and the tenant was moved in on 3rd of Aug but we had to wait until 13th of Aug to receive our rent after chasing them repeatedly plus we are still awaiting payment of DPS monies which we have signed up to our own DPS scheme to secure the holding deposit .After talking to tenants I also found out they had paid the deposit and first month rent at the end of July hoping to move in on 1st of Aug and they were very dissatisfied with Bridgfords handling their process of moving in on 1st of Aug as promised .We used their let -only service and Bridgeford should have released the rent and deposit monies upon letting the property promptly .In hindsight I should have checked their trust pilot review before employing their services .As a landlord I will not be recommending them to any of our friends and fellow landlords.

I was interested in a bungalow showing Bridgfords Northallerton Branch as the agents.Two weeks of daily phone calls brought the same recorded voice, "All our agents are busy, leave etc., etc.," which I did - NOTHING - No response of any kind.Send a detailed message on their query form, result- NOTHING.If I was a Seller, and not a Buyer, I would, after reading results on Trust Pilot, never,ever, use them.I am still interested in this bungalow, but, apart from going to the people directly, I can only wish them luck in EVER selling through Bridgfords, unless this is already sold, and they are "too busy" to mark this property as so!Very disappointed, as I registered with them and still never heard anything.The saga continues.....

Awful experience. It started with receiving numerous phone calls despite being informed that I was unavailable that day. My original viewing had been rearranged without my consent or informing me, to a day that I had stated I was unavailable. Resulting in no estate agent showing up to my originally scheduled viewing. When phoned to find out what was happening the estate agent rearranged to later that day, to which they didn't show up again because they had miss placed the keys to the property, resulting in wasting 3 hours of my day off, and untold worry to the sellers. Absolutely disgraceful service, with no respect for their clients time or property.

This estate agents are the worst I have ever dealt with. I have had a deposit issue with them since 2022 and this has remained unresolved because the branch manager is very unhelpful, obnoxious and rude. She doesn’t have the word assist or help in her vocabulary. I have had several conversations with her via email but somehow on my recent contact she has sent a reply citing confidentiality. Yet she has sent emails with personal information and details previously. After that she commands you to call the office phone which is never answered.

GoogleDue to time constraints our bank could not met our needs, we were buying a property through Bridgfords, and had spoken to Ashley Ward previously. We quickly found Ashley to be very helpful, he was able to provide the same deal the bank could. He pulled out all the stops to get everything in place, well with the timeframe. His knowledge of the industry and demeanour, were great assets at some stressful times.

The worst experience I have ever had with an agency.They are rude and not professional. They pretended to have the money via call before I even received a proper contract for the flat.Then, they told me to get the keys and find the flat by myself. They did not even show me where the flat is. I will avoid to have deals with them in the future.
