GoogleI attended a viewing today for a house located in Warrington. The house didn't look at all like in the pictures shown on Zoopla website. The photos were very old and the house is dilapidated. It's very old and needs a full refurbishment. It was cold inside. It seemed like the last tenants cooked very often without opening a window. I saw mould. Very old furnitures. The place all together looked disgusting. The funny thing is that the director asked me for £300 administration fee like If I was going to rent the Taj Mahal. The apprentice looked down at me. Rather than offering me an alternative home they just laughed at me. My money went out with another much better agency and not this people that they have homes available that they should be forbidden or made illegal.

GoogleCant fault the service that Liam and his associates gave, professional through and through.The property needed some work done and a team of cleaners were sent to do various jobs, again a fantastic job was done credit to the cleaners too a transformation was made. Great communication and very helpful in every aspect, really cant recommend 222 Estates and the great team they have there. Would not hesitate to pass on their details to anyone looking to rent or buy a property. Top quality service 5 star. Thank you, and i wish you all continued success in your business in the future.

Googleviewed a place, emailed the agent about my details since i wanted to move forward with the let, to date still no response or reply from him (nathan).. i also booked a viewing, on that day i called him about the time and he forgot and did not even register my booking, he came though only when i reminded him.

GoogleThey dont have office rules. They may say that they will call you, that means you can forget about it. To see a properly, they arrange always almost next week. The last place to searh for a properly.

Google222 Estates have just sold my property. I had it on with 2 Warrington agents previously with no luck. Gregg at 222 Estates managed to sell it in just over a week. The whole process has run smoothly and I’ve been kept informed at every stage. I must say this sale has come after them renting my property out for the last 4 years. Also with absolutely no problems. Would highly recommend

They are always on hand to provide sound advice in an extremely timely manner and have always been open and honest about the properties I have been looking at. I really couldn’t recommend 222 Estates any more highly.
