GoogleVery unprofessional. I wouldn't use these for anything. It's like something out of a school playground. Try ringing them you'll soon hear it for yourself. I put an offer in for one of their properties. Never again. They are useless.

GoogleWe moved down from Blackburn 8 months ago and use 222 first of all to rent then to buy our own property. I've found all members of their staff to be polite, professional and helpful whilst running a busy establishment. I would wholeheartedly recommend this estate agents to all and sundry.

Hi Anthony, I think you are the customer who rang up on your “friends” behalf and were verbally abusive and threatening to our staff? As stated at the time, we attended this appointment and were very much on time and your “friend” did not attend or answer the phone when we called them (numerous times). As stated during the call, we wish you (and your friend) the best of luck in sourcing alternative accommodation. We unfortunately are not the agents for you.

GoogleKey Lettings let my property without my knowledge and consent and seem to think this is acceptable. They failed in their duty of care to their tenant and me the home owner by not checking who owned the property. The matter is with solicitors. DO NOT USE you will probably get a nasty surprise.

It is with regret that we had this issue raised by this Landlord as previous to this complaint we had always enjoyed a very happy and productive relationship. Previously we had rented this property out after acquiring written consent from both Landlord and Landlady and had originally leased this property out as a 'let only' property. At a later period of time (after a successful tenancy i might add) the Landlord contacted us to re-let the property out on their behalf and therefore we did not need confirmation from both owners as we had received this previously. We gave advice to Mrs W and responded appropriately to her Solicitors and did not receive any further correspondence so i presume this situation has been resolved to Mrs W's full satisfaction. GoogleI first used 222 to rent out my house 2 years ago, they were very professional and efficient and I have just recently used them to sell my property. Greig at 222 was amazing, I had a buyer within a day and he was nothing but helpful with all the steps as I had never been through the process before. I can’t thank him and 222 enough.

GoogleFirst time I had came across such bad experience with estate agency. They never investigated issue I have and only told that I can move out if I not happy. Never again will rent house with this estate agency...NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleTake every 5-star review of this agency with a pinch of salt. The "Liam Gundry" that talks so highly of their services is one of their employees (I have reported this to google already). Not only that but he is also the person that, after we put an offer to see if the landlord agreed to our terms, he went on holiday without telling anyone in the agency to chase this for us (I honestly doubt he even contacted the landlord). This resulted on another couple putting a deposit down before we did. It is not just a case of one bad state agent, who didn't bother to show up to any of the viewings and instead had the existing tenants show us around. My boyfriend called to complain about this situation and was just received with rudeness by the person that picked up the phone.

GoogleI am a landlord, with 2 properties managed by 222 Estate Agents. I have nothing but positive feedback for the team, Gregg, Liam, Nathan and Jade. They are professional and follow up with what they promise to deliver. They charge reasonable rates and the service I have received from them has been excellent. I have used other Estate Agencies in the area, but they are definitely not as good as 222; highly recommend these guys if you are looking for someone to manage your property!

GoogleI attended a viewing today for a house located in Warrington. The house didn't look at all like in the pictures shown on Zoopla website. The photos were very old and the house is dilapidated. It's very old and needs a full refurbishment. It was cold inside. It seemed like the last tenants cooked very often without opening a window. I saw mould. Very old furnitures. The place all together looked disgusting. The funny thing is that the director asked me for £300 administration fee like If I was going to rent the Taj Mahal. The apprentice looked down at me. Rather than offering me an alternative home they just laughed at me. My money went out with another much better agency and not this people that they have homes available that they should be forbidden or made illegal.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
