GoogleWe got a viewing for a house on old Liverpool Road in Warrington with my husband and got their and the owner said it was SOLD but we didn't get told anything by the Estate Agents so they have let us go today, just to find out its been sold Misleading this

We weren’t aware this had been sold. The owner (who knew about this appointment) hadn’t informed us. We apologise for the inconvenience, but this really wasn’t down to any mistake by ourselves. We can obviously keep you informed of any further properties that come available.

GoogleGreat service, they do all their best to help the vendor and the buyer at the same time and playing an active and helpful role within the sale. They work with great 3rd parties such as the broker (D Scott Financial) or the solicitor (AN Law) which also helps a lot with a quick sale. And Gregg is always there to help, he couldn't answer his emails any prompter!

GoogleAlways happy to assist you in anyway they can I explained my difficulties in finding suitable accommodation and even though they had nothing for me at the time they took my personal contact details and said they get back to me in due course. They gave me great advice on other ways in rent of flat for myself. Great letting company. Good experience friendly customer care.

GoogleSold my house these and to be honest they were poor from the start. They missed the first appointment. Late with photos and putting my house live. Never called back when left a message. My buyer told me that the person doing the viewing didn't have a clue about my house or the surrounding area. And they agreed that they were very bad. Once my house sold I didn't hear anything at all from Liam or 222. Would not recommend at all. And just to point out... Some of the reviews written here are by 222 staff.

Hi Mike, Although we do always appreciate constructive criticism from our customers, Unfortunately I do feel that some of your complaints are a little unfounded, Admittedly we were 15 Minutes late for your appointment, but a phone call was made to explain our tardiness and to apologise for this in advance. I apologise again for this, but Warrington’s traffic is sometimes like swimming against the tide. Your property went live within 3 days of photos and floor-plans being taken, as we wanted to ensure your property looked great going to market (and I think you'll agree we made your property look amazing with the free enhanced photographs we provide!). Your property then went out to over a thousand people on our register with whom were looking for a property in your location IMMEDIATELY. We had you a great offer accepted within 7 days from an enthusiastic buyer. The Sale completed within 12 weeks, which is within the national average of 8-12 weeks, mainly due to our sales progression team and their enthusiasm to get this sales processed for you expediently. I certainly acknowledge that you had some issues and will do our utmost to work on these moving forward, but we have 6 members of fully trained staff whom are available every day of the week to have answered any queries you may have had. You mention you hadn’t heard from us after the sale completed? We don’t generally get in touch with vendors after a sale has completed, i would have been more than happy to do this, especially if i had felt you were disgruntled with our service in any way. I would be happy to give you a call if you would like? Nonetheless we would like to thank you very much for bringing us your custom. We do hope that moving home wasn’t too much of an ordeal and would like you to know that everyone at 222 Estates wishes you every happiness in your new home.

GoogleVery poor service with a terrible attitude and when I asked how much it was going to cost in total to rent a shop with deposit etc they're very reluctant to give me the information so what was they hiding from me avoid avoid avoid

GoogleBooked a viewing of a property this week and even after following the companies strict confirmation policies, the appointment was never made. The seller was not made aware of any viewing and a 45 minute trip was for nothing. There will be no turning this frown upside down, thanks to a Liam Grundy.

GoogleSpoke to Nathan in regards to a property rental. I have never encountered such a rude, arrogant and despicable member of staff in all my life. I would rather go homeless than do business with this company. How unprofessional and rude an adviser could be is beyond. Would not recommend to anyone in a million years.

Everything was so smooth and hassle free from start to finish, we were always updated when we needed to be and they found the perfect tenants which are now renting the property. YellHorrible customer service and flat
Furnished flat advertised with pictures of property with bed frame, fridge and glass table. When viewed fridge was gone, bed frame dismounted and instead yellow stained mattress on the floor left and random furniture's. Very, I mean very old sofa and chair left in flat. Looks like all rubbish gathered from other flats dumped in last available one. Following the viewing I had unpleasant conversation with office staff who said all furniture's must stay in. Removing them was out of the question. It was my only and last attempt to use 222.
