There have been delays and instead of making this more difficult they have gone over and above to encourage and support and hopefully now we are near the end but a personal thank you to them both for their professionalism and support

Direct reviewsWe have been house hunting for a while and once I called Northwood and got through to Kirsty Mead, I felt sure we would finally find something perfect. She was always available for all of my little questions and niggles and nothing felt too much trouble. We had a couple of different viewings all of which were handled so well with the Covid situation, quick referencing and all in all the whole process has been great. I would thoroughly recommend Northwood Warminster to anyone and would like to thank Kirsty for all of her help. I cant wait to get settled into our new home!

GoogleContacted this company today to ask for a viewing. The owner told me “There is Home Office legislation, saying you cannot view on someone’s behalf, and that she could be fined £5k for doing so” Talk about barefaced lies……🤡 Wiltshire Council don’t know anything about this “legislation” …

GoogleWe went to view a house in Calne, the agent that was present was called Alex, all i would like to say is that, this guy should definately be fired. The fact that we were booked before the lady that showed up at the same time with us and he let her view the house before us, even speaking on a superior tone , just because he saw that we were foreign. He literally just wasted our time whispering with the lady about who s getting the house etc and ruined our day just because of his poor attitude. I would not like anyone else to go through this looking for their happy place.

GoogleMy experience of Northwood is excellent. Our property was on the market for a significant period of time so we decided to change agents. From meeting Will I got a great understanding of the benefits that Northwood brings to a seller and signed up straight away. Northwood found a buyer within a week and then Kate worked professionally and kept me up to date throughout the wholesales process. Cannot fault them in anyway. Thanks also to everyone in the office who I didn't deal with directly and supported the sale.

GoogleI registered with Northwood when looking for a property to rent in Wiltshire. They rarely updated me with available properties, and when they did, most were unsuitable due to not allowing pets. Further, I was included in an email thread containing over 150 individuals, with all email addresses visible to everyone. This shows a lax attitude to data protection and security. I was able to find the perfect property using a different local agent.
