even though the buyers caused some delays, our estate agents/solicitor were fantastic throughout. They kept us updated, explained everything clearly, and made sure the process stayed on track as best as possible. We really appreciated their professionalism and support and would happily recommend them.

From the moment I telephoned to book a market appraisal with Northwood Warminster, I knew straight away that I would end up appointing them to act in the sale of my late parents property. Martin Bradbury met me at the property to conduct the appraisal, I was very impressed with his conduct and professionalism. All the staff were very friendly throughout the transaction, I was one of their tricky sellers having been an Estate Agent myself for nearly 30 years. There were a couple of minor hiccups but nothing to quibble about. Estate Agents get given an awful reputation at times, some of which is rightly deserved but not this office, they delivered pretty much exactly what they promised they would deliver and you can’t say fairer than that. Well done, keep up the good work and thank you for all your efforts. Will recommend again given the opportunity. Paul & Helen

Since I have had the pleasure of dealing with Sam & Sacha at the Warminster Branch their customer service has been outstanding. There have been delays and instead of making this more difficult they have gone over and above to encourage and support and hopefully now we are near the end but a personal thank you to them both for their professionalism and support

We have been house hunting for a while and once I called Northwood and got through to Kirsty Mead, I felt sure we would finally find something perfect. She was always available for all of my little questions and niggles and nothing felt too much trouble. We had a couple of different viewings all of which were handled so well with the Covid situation, quick referencing and all in all the whole process has been great. I would thoroughly recommend Northwood Warminster to anyone and would like to thank Kirsty for all of her help. I cant wait to get settled into our new home!

Contacted this company today to ask for a viewing. The owner told me “There is Home Office legislation, saying you cannot view on someone’s behalf, and that she could be fined £5k for doing so” Talk about barefaced lies……🤡 Wiltshire Council don’t know anything about this “legislation” …
