Fantastic, professional estate agents - as a first time buyer I was a little apprehensive due to horror stories, but I am pleased to say I can’t rate Park & Bailey more highly. Despite an awful, long and drawn out process they kept me in the loop at all times and were proactive in trying to move things onwards for me. I’ve been really impressed with Park and Bailey throughout the whole process, from the valuation right through to completion of the property I was selling. I can't recommend Park and Bailey Warlingham enough! After a few failed offers Claire and Colin suggested a few other places and BINGO my partner and I found out first home! June also worked endlessly to get the purchase over the finishing line and was always only a phone call away! Only felt able to leave this response after some time had elapsed. I would never work with this particular office again. They target you with friendly patter and over price your property so much so that you discard all other agents' prices because you believe them when they say they can achieve this figure for you. Well it's all poppycock!! This is merely a tatic to lure you in. For many months we had less than a handful of viewings with little to no contact from Park & Bailey. When questioned that perhaps we should lower the price, my initial thought was this is the price they recommended!! After a long period of time we sort another agent who not only was they able to sell our home, they found our dream home all within the space of a few weeks. They did exactly what they promised. I do not know about other establishments of Park and Bailey but this particular office needs to buck up their ideas. I don't wish to say that their persona isn't nice, they seem friendly, it's their work ethic that needs a stern kick up the backside.
