GooglePurbeck Property dealt with the sale of our family home and the purchase of a retirement flat for me. From start to finish they were so friendly, professional and efficient. When viewing properties I never felt under any pressure, and once the chain was in place they really helped move things along. Nothing was too much trouble and I would absolutely recommend them.

GoogleI've recently sold with Purbeck Property and Mark was our lead, but I have only praise for him and the team as they managed to sell a bit of an unknown quantity to a less than easy purchaser - Mark willingly helped throughout the whole process to an excellent conclusion

GoogleHave just used Purbeck Property as a buyer. Could not fault them. We were kept up to date with everything that was happening. They were more than accommodating when we wanted to visit the property on more than one occasion A great team, highly recommended them.

GoogleRecently purchased our first home through Purbeck Property having rented through them for last three years. Mark in particular was great to deal with, very helpful throughout the whole process, especially as being first time buyers we didn't really understand how it all worked. Always on hand to explain anything or help sort out any issues. Nice local firm to deal with, would highly recommend.

GoogleI can only have good words for Dan, Jack and Mark + lady there I do not know her name but she has been always been lovely. They are incredibly professionals without loosing humanity and natural approach in the way they treat the client. I felt I could trust these people immediately and I am not wrong. They have made a fantastic service and solved my problem of getting a home in hours! Later, as a tenant, I had some issues in the house I rented and they solved them immediately. I want to buy a house in the future, and I will not go anywhere else, but these nice guys! 100% recommended.

GoogleHighly recommended, helpful service. Mark and team are unlike you average estate agents. Smart and presentable but not overly coiffured. Honest, open and available when things got trick. We would recommend them in a flash.

GoogleMark, Dan and Linda are Purbeck's finest. I have suffered from experience of others, so I feel qualified to say you cannot do better than Purbeck Property. They are pro-active at all aspects of property transactions, even down to chasing up all the other participants when they are dragging their heels further down the line with a chain situation or just doing all the background help. I've had two very successful inherited property sales with them. If your property needs attention, they have an excellent network of trades to hand too.

GoogleI bought a property through Purbeck Property (completed last week). From the moment I walked through the door with a speculative enquiry to completion these guys were totally on the ball. They chased the vendors solicitors and went well beyond what I would expect for an estate agent time and time again. Would most definitely recommend them and if I have any need for an estate agent in the future I will come to them straight away.

GoogleThe service from Purbeck Property was second to none. I cannot recommend them enough. I have bought and sold through them and would use them again at the drop of a hat. I had dealings with another local agent and it just proved to me how honest and hard working Purbeck Property are. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I will never use anyone else. Keep up the good work!

GoogleThe Purbeck Property team managed both my house sale and purchase. Always courteous, punctual and with the benefit of their local knowledge I would recommend them highly. Being able to contact them (messages, either text or calls, were promptly picked up and replied to) or drop in to the office meant that I always felt informed. They really worked hard to progress both transactions. Keep up the great work!

GoogleAfter problems with another estate agent and a very long wait for a property that was suitable for our needs we found Purbeck Property and Mark a breath of fresh air. Mark and Dan bent over backwards to make our sale a fast one and as easy as it could be for first time buyers like us. Nothing was too much trouble. We highly recommend them. Thanks from Neil and Liz.

GoogleWe recently bought our house through Purbeck Property and from the initial viewing to completion we couldn’t have asked any more of them. All the guys were so helpful during the process, but Mark, in particular was fantastic. If/when we ever sell we’ll certainly be using them to do so. Very friendly and professional throughout.

GoogleQuaint pub, on the frome river, lovely outlook, although a lot of wasps! Paddle boarding and kayak hire close by, no free parking which is an issue as parking is a nightmare in wareham

GoogleThey don't make much effort to contact possible tenants. But then neither do many of the agents round here.
