We are not able to state the details of the matter on this public domain due to GDPR (Data Protection). It is therefore not possible for us to state the facts on the matter to explain or defend our position. Having investigated the matter we can however confirm that the documentation in place asks clear questions and we process applications based on the answers given. We processed an application in good faith based on the information we were given and feel it is unfair to hold us responsible for information being made available to us by a third party referee that contradicts what we were initially given. We of course understand the frustration for the applicant in the outcome however leaving a negative review on a matter outside of our control feels unfair on our team who worked hard on the application in the belief it would progress into a tenancy.

It's horrible they can't make up their mind if the property is taken or not. This has happened twice, why show me a property if you had no idea of giving it out? I could clearly see it available on the site.
