Good Afternoon Ashley, Following our recent discussion just now Thursday 6th August 2020, as mentioned I was rather concerned why it had taken you since January 2019 to compile a review! Your points were raised and I have informed all our staff members as your review does have an impact on all staff as a reflection of your concerns. We do as a company have concerns if clients are unhappy and address any such issues always with immediate effect, however your issues that you raised were a considerable amount of time ago so in fairness there is not much we can do at this time but to wish you well in your future home.
