greedy agency not believing in someone when they tell them they have 10 years of tenancy in a house, all they want is someone to make a lawyer, doctor or someone working in the house of Parliament salary to rent a property from them, absolutely a disgrace of an estate agent company.

They went over and above what I expected from an estate agency , recommending solicitors, cleaning lady and removal man, who all pulled out the stops so that the sale could be completed. GoogleFantastic personal service from Ben and Elle at Winkworth. As a reasonably inexperienced landlord working with estate agents, I was super impressed with all of the team. So efficient, professional, trustworthy and approachable. They found us tenants extremely quickly and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent down to earth advice throughout. I couldn’t recommend them both highly enough. Also very efficient service from Melissa for check in procedures and preparation of the property.

We really enjoyed working together with Andrew C from the Kensal Rise office on the house we just bought. He was the agent for the sellers but helped us a lot as well in making sure the transaction went smoothly and everything staid on track.
