Hi Joe. Thank you for taking your time and leaving us you’re feedback. We are extremely disappointed to find that we have not been able to provide you a good service this time and would like to apologise for this. As you may be aware all deposit are held in the DPS scheme, hence we do not hold or benefit from not releasing deposits back to tenants. If there is a dispute, it is usually liaised between the landlord and tenant and if required arbitration. We hope that this gives you a better understanding of our position with deposits and hope that in future this will not prevent you using us and allowing us to demonstrate the high level of service you should receive.
