Title: Pleasant and well-managed tenancy I had a positive experience renting this property. The home was clean and in good condition when I moved in, and any maintenance issues were handled quickly and professionally. Communication with the landlord/agent was clear and respectful throughout the tenancy. The check-out process and return of the deposit were straightforward, with no unexpected problems. Overall, this was a smooth and stress-free tenancy, and I would recommend this landlord/property to future tenants. I just wanted to thank you Sak for helping me If we need to fix something or problem in the house sak just one call away 👍🙏 And maj thank you too Godbless

I’ve recently let a rental property through Times Place Lettings. From start to finish the experience was great. Maj was not only knowledgable about the property, he answered any questions or queries efficiently and was there throughout. The whole process from viewing the property to signing the contract took less than a week! I’d like to personally thank Maj for being so helpful and kind throughout the process, I couldn’t have asked for more. I’d have no reservations about recommending Times Place to anyone in the future.

Maj assisted me throughout the whole process of finding a suitable place for me on my move to London. I was moving from Ireland to London which can be very tricky logistically. Knowing this, Maj was understanding that I could not attend an in person viewing so he video called me to show me around and also sent on a video of the place. As there is a lot of other details to sort out when moving country, Maj sorted out all the small details for me and put my mind at ease. From my experience with TimesPlace and Maj, I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of moving to a new place, especially if it you are moving from a different country.

I have been living in London for over 20 years and, without any doubt, Times Place has been the best letting agency I have ever rented through. The team is extremely professional, helpful, and always quick to respond whenever needed, which makes the whole renting experience much easier and stress-free. I would especially like to thank Saka, who is always very friendly, polite, and willing to help whenever we need him. His support and dedication really make a difference, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about providing excellent service. I highly recommend Times Place to anyone looking to rent a property through a trustworthy and efficient agency. It is a pleasure to deal with such a supportive and professional team.

Working with Times Place was honestly such a positive experience, and I especially want to shout out Zak for all his help. From the beginning, he was friendly, helpful, and really easy to talk to no pressure, no sales-y vibe, just honest advice. He took the time to really understand what I was looking for and made the whole process feel way less stressful than I expected. Zak kept me in the loop every step of the way, was super responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients, which is rare to find. If you're looking for someone who knows what they're doing and actually wants to help you (not just make a quick deal), l'd 100% recommend Times Place - and especially Zak. Really grateful for all his support.

I had a fantastic experience working with Maj from this agency. He is an incredibly easygoing and helpful person. During our first property viewing, he arranged a video call and even offered to show us other properties. Once we found the perfect place, Maj made sure the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. After we moved in, both Maj and his colleague Zack went above and beyond by assisting us with a gas supplier issue. The level of service they provide is outstanding. I highly recommend his services! I'll continue to keep you updated on how everything goes.

I have been a very happy tenant with Times Place for 13 years now. Zac and his team always make me feel valued. This year I re-signed my tenancy and was dealt with by Sana for the first time, and I can honestly say that she made the whole process a pleasure. She liaised between myself and my landlord with the utmost professionalism and kept me informed at all times. Thank you Times Place for making me always feel at home. From Greg Scott.
