GoogleRented a beautiful flat through Times Place and have to say they were super helpful and kind from the very beginning of the process. Maj took care of arranging viewings, sending documents over and supporting my flatmates and I throughout the whole thing. What is usually a stressful and anxious moment became super smooth and easy. Would strongly recommend contacting them to find your next dream flat !

GoogleMaj Ahmad has been absolutely brilliant, very helpful and understanding of our needs- he was representing the seller for our purchase, yet throughout all our dealings with him (including after the sale), he has always come back to us and assisted with our queries and requests. If you are fortunate to have him representing you in your sale, you have the best person to do this job!
Hi Guys, Thank you so much, I really appreciate your kind words and I will of course be happy to help again in the future if it’s ever needed. I hope you have a fantastic day. Kindest regards Maj

Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are on the ball with maintenance and general upkeep of the property. Would highly recommend to anyone who is in the market for accommodation! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience over the last 18 months.

GoogleWe recently rented our flat through Times Place and Zak was truly wonderful to deal with. He took extra time in showing us around the flat, we didn't feel rushed and were able to get a real feel for the place. He had a fantastic knowledge of the property and was able to answer all of our questions and deal with requests. He was always incredibly responsive, professional and lovely. He even hand delivered our keys so that we did not have to make an extra journey. Couldn't recommend Zak and the Team at Times Place enough!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleThis time I have experienced a professional, reliable and quick service overall. When I first popped in Times Place, Maj was there - he was nice, smiley, and willing to have a look together at properties that were available at that time. I was pleased from the service. Also, Zak a few day later was so helpful and kind by bringing what was needed in the flat. Both very supportive and friendly. Definitely recommend.

GoogleI have been enquiring for tens of properties but never got any answers, apart from one flat. The negotiator had cancelled the viewing twice, with very short notice, telling me that tenants had something else to do (very unprofessional). When I complained, he simply cancelled any appointment and did not get back to me until he gave the property to someone else. Been told my offer was refused with very little explanation and no other option offered, all communication made by WhatsApp which I did not find very professional.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, we are sorry that you were unsatisfied with our services, your reviews are valuable to use, we hope we can be of assistance to you again in the future. Kind Regards, Times Place team
