GoogleI can’t recommend this agency enough! The whole team was so attentive to every detail and supported me throughout the whole lettings process. They were open, transparent and honest, and were kind and helpful in every interaction. Cho was brilliant and really went the extra mile, from showing me round the flat to keeping me updated and writing a profile that helped to get me that flat. Kristen was also amazing and answered every query and question, no matter how small. Brilliant service and I hope I use them again in the future!

GoogleIf I could put zero stars I would.
So I enquired about a property. I gave as much information as I could. I gave birth 3 weeks ago and was looking for a flat for me and my newborn. I dealt with Cho. I explained that I was getting housing benefit . The landlord wanted 6 months upfront rent . When me and my mum went to view the property , Cho said to us to hurry up because he was in a rush. He was taking calls while he was showing us the flat. Anyway I told him that I won’t be looking until feb so I could get the 6 months deposit ready , obv I’m aware that the flat would be taken but was going to see what they had available in feb.
Anyway my mum said she will lend me the money for the 6 months upfront rent . I went online to open rent and got in contact with another agency that dealt with the same building. As I was going through I saw a flat that was £1800 and wrote a message not realising it was Cho. He then wattsapped me and said can you move in by end of November . I said yes and asked is it the same property and he replied yes . He put it up as £50 cheaper then when I went to view the flat. I saw on OpenRent that the same estate agent did a let agreed for £1700 within the same building so I asked Cho if he could bring the price down to £1750. He said no chance without even asking the landlord bear in mind I will be paying 6 months upfront. He then replied to me and said do not contact me again (which I didn’t he contacted me after seeing my message on OpenRent) and then blocked me. I wish I had the messages but I was so distraught and upset I deleted his whole chat and deleted his number. Imagine speaking to someone like this when they have just given birth. Very very unprofessional , I would never rent a property from this estate agent!!!

I find them to be efficient and informative with regards to keeping me up to date on my property, progress, feedback and in answering any queries that I put to them. Big 'Well done' and thanks to Zara and Kirsten for dealing with an appliance delivery issue recently. Also Saks very quickly find great new tenants for properties who's profile exactly matches my requirements. They manage the departure of existing tenants and the check-in of new tenants very professionally and are always contactable. Saks reputation as 'go-to' Agents for Balham/Totting rentals is rightly deserved.

The team at Saks has been managing my property since 2008 and I have never regretted that decision. I have found them to be fair, honest, considerate, generous and responsive. They look after me, as the owner of one property, as if I was a much bigger customer. GoogleI rented a room through Saks London for six months, and if I could give 0 stars, I would. The agency rented out five rooms in a house starting in July 24, and then in February 25, they abruptly informed us that we all needed to move out only to re-rent the house for more money. One tenant had only been living there for two months before receiving the notice.
Shockingly, five days before our move-out date, the agency came and changed the locks without informing us, while we were still living in the property, and left the new keys with a neighbour. Initially, they assured us we wouldn’t be charged for the lock change, claiming the lock was faulty. However, five days later, they said £500 would be deducted from our deposits for locksmith services.
They falsely claimed that we had changed the locks without notifying them, and despite multiple requests, they provided no evidence to support this. No tenant had changed the locks. Throughout the process, their email communication was rude, unprofessional, and at times personally insulting.
If you have the option to rent from another agency, I strongly recommend steering clear of Saks London.
