I have been using Property People for years and they are amazing and helpful even with a grumpy person like me - they are very understanding, very good value for money and they rented my flats within a day (!) at the asking price, in several occasions. Best estate agents ever!

Property People rented out my property to great tenants. As a first time landlord, I knew very little. They took care of everything from start to finish explaining all the jargon along the way. I would highly recommenced them to any landlord looking to rent out their property.

Customer service and communication with my agent were excellent throughout and we didn’t experience any major problems during our transaction. My only complaint is that the flat needed a professional deep clean before I moved in but other than that I am happy to recommend this company.

GoogleWe engaged Property People to manage our property in Southfields, SW18 in 2010 and are delighted with their service. We have had five trouble-free years of 100% occupancy and regular and increasing rent payments, with any issues (of which there have been very few, thanks to Property People’s pro-active attitude and constant checks) professionally handled by the company. We have benefited from Property People’s links with local workmen which has meant that any repairs or replacements required have been carried out at reasonable cost and to a high standard. Both owner Asad Jamil and charming and efficient manager Natalie Elms, who is responsible for our property, are a pleasure to deal with. The agents are helpful and cooperative.This is my numerous contract through this agency and I highly recommend the service. Possibly they have some work overload or staff absent during busy period so potentially they might benefit of additional staff to help out during busy time.
