I want to draw attention to the immediate impact my new Property Manager Ruby Goddard has made. Upon taking over my account she had to sort through and relay a number of costly unresolved issues (not the best way to be introduced to a client). We worked together and within three days she clarified, negotiated and settled action to be taken - I couldn't ask for better.
