GoogleMy experience of renting a flat from Johns&Co with the help of SAM and AMY was very pleasant. They were very responsive and were always there to help. I was struggling to find a property at a time of high demand where most letting agencies were not responding to calls/emails. Yet Sam was the one who gave me a call and sent me the details of the property I am currently letting. Amy then took over the document checks, contracts, payments, and key handover. The process was seamless and smooth and she was very responsive and understanding throughout the process.
I would definitely recommend renting a property with the help of Sam and Amy.

GoogleJohn's & Co did a great job in helping us sell our flat in Embassy Gardens.
We decided on joint agency, as our flat had been let through a different Estate Agent without any issues, so we felt it only fair we gave them the opportunity as well.
In hindsight, this was a big mistake and we should have gone with sole agency, as John's & Co had significantly more viewings, which eventually led to a good cash buyer offer and subsequent completion.
My wife and I have transacted other properties in different locations and this is the best experience we've had with an Estate Agent.
The initial guidance and onboarding of the sale instruction with Mihaela was very helpful and following that, Jack Traisneau handled our transaction.
Jack did a great job communicating with us frequently whilst trying to find us a buyer and subsequently throughout the enquiries stage between solicitors, which without doubt helped move things along to a satisfactory completion.
We would have no hesitation in using John's & Co again.
