If we had problems or questions, they were always quick to respond. They far exceeded our expectations when our plans suddenly changed, and we had to stay longer and needed another apartment. I have used their services multiple times and find that they appropriately value both rental and sale properties. They vet tenants well and make the process of renting, letting and purchasing very simple and fluid.
