Super professional and helpful company. I've been living in a flat managed by H&G for over 2 years and have nothing but the best to say about them. They have an online platform where we as tenants have our own account showing receipts, upcoming payments, and where we can log service issues etc. My contact person, Charlotte, is very responsive and a delight to speak with. Couldn't recommend them more!!

After moving to London, we used H&G as they were advertising a property we liked the look of. We have had an excellent experience with Alex and Hannah throughout our tenancy. They have been attentive, informative and available for any queries/support required. H&G made our first year of living in London so easy and we were sad to move out but wanted to experience another area. We would definitely recommend H&G to anyone looking at a riverside property and we will be sure to use them again if we move back into the area.

I rented with this company for two years. Every time I had a problem, my emails and phone calls were ignored. I have now left (over 1 month ago) but my deposit has not been returned despite me chasing every second day and me being told it would be returned. This is completely unacceptable and a prime example why tenants should rent through larger, more established companies.

Engineers are sent within a couple of hours, communication is quick and they are super efficient. Charlotte is an organised property manager and always always replies to mails within minutes.
