To echo my wife's earlier review, our sale was not the easiest, to say the least, but Alex Brazier went above and beyond.... and then some!! He is definitely one to have on your team; competent, very knowledgeable, diligent, patient and extremely professional (even when those moments challenge it). We will forever be grateful to Alex. This has been our dream for a while now, and he helped make this happen. Overall, we found H&G Riverside to be a cut above the rest. Their dedication, support and personal approach is refreshing, by comparison.

Alex has been my agent for over 12 months and has been absolutely incredible every step of the way. I have recently moved to apartment at Battersea Reach. Apartment is great for it's price, good condition, big area, quiet, access to Thames riverside, have also access to nurseries, shops, pharmacy etc. Service from agency was very good, no objections so far, guys are very responsive and helpful. Agency provides help with offering handyman that helps with any maintenance issues. There is also internal website that helps to track payments, documents, maintenance reports etc. I found it very helpful. This review related to agency service, the quality of the property and not related to the development or other stuff that agency have no control over. H&G have been absolutely fantastic throughout the viewing, sale and post-sale stages of my property purchase. Alex was patient and extremely helpful along every step of the journey. He kindly let me view the property as many times as I wanted to before I chose to put in an offer (without applying any pressure at all), personally chased third parties daily for the necessary documents prior to exchange to facilitate my desired timeline (thereby taking the pressure off me) and was extremely responsive and professional at every step. Post-sale, Alex made sure I was happy and even popped round to help sort out a few minor technical water issues thanks to his knowledge of the building. I couldn’t recommend him and H&G highly enough - they definitely operate differently to any other estate agent I’ve ever come across, showing that they genuinely care about their clients. The worst experience ever! Never contact them again. The agent on the lone was super rude and disrespectful. He thinks if he works as a letting agent he is a king and has a right to treat others as nothing. I called to arrange a viewing, but he says as we are self employed he can not do it! For me it is nonsense as we are not middle working class people, but we have our own companies with people employed in it, and being treated as we are people who are not deserving even to show properties even when we said we can pay upfront. Unlike some of the agent declining us, they welcome our request to view the property without any prerequisite. Showed us detailedly interior of the house as well as the facility of the estate so we could know more about the environment we are going to live around. As new Immigrant to UK, knowing not enough about the procedure of renting house, during the processing of offerings, they render their highest patience, tolerance and guidance in assisting us to fulfill related reference check and offering procedures. For tenancy agreement, without tendency to neither landlord nor tenant, it provides fair and sufficient protections to both landlord and tenant. Inventory check report is very comprehensively and intact. Quick response to equipment failure.
