10 STARS for Aggie. Her customer service is impeccable. To her its not just a job, she really puts her heart into it. She paid great attention to every little detail and made sure she got the perfect home for us. More so, she was very patient with us considering that other agencies were not happy for me to bring 11 month old twins to the viewings, but she was more than happy to help out, while getting the job done. The service I received was truly amazing, I would recommend her to anyone. Thanks again :)

Although I found the apartment to rent myself (through Rightmove), Foxtons did a good job so far. Very precise and clear when it comes to meetings and documents, and not pushy. Professional cleaning of the apartment and detailed inventory check before our move-in are most useful things. My agent - Agnieszka Gleba - put a lot of effort into securing this deal for me. She also tried her best to show me other options that could suit my bill, and was very helpful and flexible when it came to loads of paperwork I had to provide. One problem I can pinpoint so far is signing of the Tenancy Agreement. Why can't all parties' signatures be merged together in one copy? When I needed a printed copy of the Agreement, I got three paper copies signed by one party each. Come on Foxtons, save paper and update your software!

Avoid!! Unbelievable they have good ratings!! Probably the ratings relate to sales not after sale/rent. They were very friendly and active when we searching for the property to rent and everything went well and smooth so though they are a good agency. Was able to find out about true Foxtons when we had water leak from upstairs flat and it became uninhabitable. When I told Foxtons about this, I had great response “We only deal with tenancy”. They didn’t want to take any responsibility to find us alternate place or do anything about this. I had to chase them every time and seems they didn’t bother about situation. Can’t wait till my tenancy end! Avoid!!

First off, have you noticed that the majority of posting of this organisations comments happened all at the same time 5 months ago. I'd be suspect to these being real customers. Foxton's they are really nice when you start with them... But once that's out the way there is a world of hard work to get them to do the basic things. They will register you with Sparke energy without asking... Sparks are a Micky take of an energy company, of course they have a back door dealing with an organisation like Foxtons. The leaving costs are extortionate and boy will they make that difficult. I moved out over 7 weeks ago now, still no deposit. Don't use them... Unless you want to part with your hard earned cash for very little return.

Despite the awful press Foxtons get (which may or may not be founded), I can only speak from experience and George at Putney Foxtons has been an absolutely incredible person to work with. He went out of his way continually during the move in process to get us in as fast as possible (Time constraints for me were tight!) He found me the perfect place, the perfect location and still responds to most emails immediately, day or night. Great service.

I found Foxtons Putney very helpful and professional throughout my purchase as a first time-buyer, especially my primary contact Nick Marakis. He was able to provide me with all the necessary information or obtain it swiftly during the offer process. They also went above and beyond as a contact point for advice or for chasing the other parties when due to certain issues the process became prolonged. They were always prompt in replying and picking up the phone and keeping me appraised of developments right through to completion. Highly recommended!

All the nice things these people fake to your face flush quickly down the toilet, as they really couldn't care less about anything but money - at any cost. I was tricked into signing a contract quickly, and with the shiny key in my hand found a new home that wasn't even nearly finished in construction. Couldn't move in, had my movers on their way, a nightmare. Absolutely disgusting business, inhumane. The manager wouldn't even bother responding my emails unless it was about convining me to stick around. Stay away from all Foxtons.
