TrustpilotWe moved out of the apartment over…
We moved out of the apartment over three months ago and left it in perfect condition. The rental agreement stated that our deposit should have been returned within 10 days, yet we are still waiting. Despite repeated follow-ups, nothing has been resolved.

GoogleI had really good experience with Foxtons! They have great customer service. Konrad is very helpful, has excellent knowledge about the current market. Positive attitude and individual approach to each customer are his strong point. If you need advice related with renting etc I can highly recommend this guy!

GoogleI have just purchased a flat in Putney through this office. Roberta Travers was superb in taking me through the journey. She was charming and efficient, going out of her way to fit in with my difficult schedule and tolerating my changing property requirements with faultless grace and enthusiasm for the task. I daresay I would not have made the purchase without her - thanks Roberta and Foxtons.

GoogleHaving spent almost a year searching for the right place to call home, I'm really pleased to say I've found somewhere with Foxtons. Harry from the Putney office was super helpful and diligent, particularly through the negotiations. He was always sure to keep me updated and was flexible to work around my contactable hours, using email or messages when he knew I couldn't take calls (this is so simple but makes such a difference and so often a problem with estate agents!). He was taking care in every step to make sure everything is done on time to reserve the property and be ready for the final moving day. He is absolutely amazing agent, very professional and willing to find the best possible option that matches the needs and wants. Highly recommended !

GoogleSpoken this morning to Chris in the lettings team who was a very rude individual. I was asking about when we need to let Foxtons know about our renewal and he responded with a snappy "now". Another time when this team continue to be rude, aggravating and constantly wanting money to complete nothing. £100 to change a date which is a ctrl,F replace does not cost £100. Then saying that cost was to secure the deposit, which is held in a free government scheme. So much for Christmas cheer!

GoogleI have experienced excellent service from the staff at Foxtons in Putney. I was with another estate agent beforehand who were extremely unprofessional so I had a very bad opinion of estate agents. However, dealing with Foxtons has been a joy. I primarily dealt with Dan and Sarah and they, along with their team were nothing but professional, courteous, respectful and friendly. It made such a difference.

GoogleIt has been an absolute nightmare dealing with Foxtons in Putney. From completely ignoring severe maintenance issues to neglecting the property and basic job responsibilities, I was lost for words when my request to change the tenant was completely ignored for over 10 weeks. Despite other property managers dealing with this request within two weeks, our property manager Emily didn’t acknowledge any emails and calls and it took 10 weeks with dozens of follow up calls and emails to get a rude response on the phone. I have yet to come across someone who is so careless and neglectful towards tenants who have had an absolutely perfect payment history and made sure to look after the property perfectly. The only time they were quick to contact us was when the landlord wanted more money for a property that was not looked after in the absolute slightest. The greed of the wealthy will always be a mystery to me. I will make sure to never cross paths with Foxtons again and will go out of my way to advise friends and family to find other agencies.

GoogleWe rented a property through Foxtons and since then have had many wear and tear issues and they have not replied in a timely manner. One of them being when the neighbour made renovations in their bathroom and a small leak occurred which caused mold in one of the bedrooms, we reported this to the neighbour and the agency and the agency said they would try help facilitate something. Since then (about 4 weeks ago) they have not responded to any of my emails, requests for the property agent to contact me and maintenance requests on the foxtons portal. If I had a property I would not trust Foxtons with the maintenance of my house, and I will not rent a house that is being let by Foxtons ever again.

GoogleOur personal experience with Foxtons Putney sales department,were Gareth and Aleksandra keep us informed was 5 starts. We have been able to long on My Foxtons were we could see the booked viewings and the ratings. It was a very reassuring that every week we were given and up date call to informed us of the progress of our sale as we live abroad.
