GoogleAbsolutely brilliant service by Sophie Lowe , Eddie and the team who recently found me a tenant for my Balham flat incredibly quickly, arranged a very reasonably priced contractor to do some decorating at very short notice and (most importantly) kept me updated every step of the way. Friendly, fast, efficient, honest - just tip-top professionalism from a team who really know their stuff.

GoogleJust unpleasant overall. Was driven around as the agent looked for keys, got stuck in traffic, shown flats that weren't within the budget or location I'd asked to see, wasn't shown flats I asked to see, keys were missing. Had another viewing that we almost missed because they kept assuring us we had time but we were getting driven so far out of where we needed to be. Ended up just getting out the car when stuck in traffic. Then no follow up from them of course. Also initially had to wait ages to be seen rather than the time specified. Great job!

GoogleI found Will and Tom very professional, responsive and efficient. The property sale went through very smoothly and rapidly, and the legal support for transaction offered via Foxtons was also very good indeed. Definitely a happy customer - thanks Balham Foxtons and in particular Tom and Will.

GoogleThis is the most irresponsible, negligent and incompetent letting agency in the UK. I paid the deposit and first month rent 2 months ago, they happily took my money and by the time I showed up to retrieve the keys of the flat they wouldn’t give them to me. They argue some extra checks that needed to be done, on the day I was supposed to move! I have all my belongings in boxes and scrambling to find a flat. Omar and Alexandra are blaming each other, and no one wants to take responsibility of their blatant negligence. These checks should have been done weeks ago, not on the very same day we are supposed to move. Disgusted by the poor service. They have no idea of what customer service means.

GoogleOnce gave our house keys to a man claiming to be the landlords brother without letting us know and without checking. Won’t give us notice or time slots when they’re coming over, really difficult to work with.
