Katherine is awful!!!

I waited for the agent named Katherine to come with a client today at 09:30AM to see the flat that i’am currently staying.The day before I asked her to RECONFIRM the viewing because sometimes people cancel last minute.1. She did not call me to reconfirm the viewing!2. She was 20 minutes late for viewing and of course I thought it was cancelled!3. The BIGGEST problem: She didn't even ring the doorbell to allow entry into the apartment. She just opened the door with the keys and I woke up with her in the flat and a man (the customer).I was undressed and I am also 9 months pregnant.Disappointing!!!!!

Would use again, Bobby went above and beyond

I called to query about letting my property out in Blackheath the agent called me and advised they had a viewing the next day, Bobby later returned and we discussed the tenant was looking for a fully furnished property, they arranged all furniture/ delivery/ cleaning for a very reasonable price and the property was let within a week for 3 years- the rates were also very good, Bobby was very knowledgeable

Chestertons are complete charlatans

Chestertons are complete charlatans! There are better agencies to work with. The team at chestertons are trained to lie and cheat, they will give you the wrong advise and then make you pay for it and get away with it. With so many agents in the UK, please don't lose your money giving it to chestertons. There is better advise out there saving you from making bad decisions and an expensive mistake.

Bad communication from the agency.

Worst communication from the property management team.I requested a call back from the agency several times due to my property manager, Shakil, was unavailable, however, he never called back or emailed back. I have to call them day after day to solve the property issues. It's been two months, and my request has never been satisfied. Their manager is busier than the prime minister, so just avoid this agency, don't bother them.

I can't praise enough the Chestertons Sales team in Kew. Not only was everybody I dealt with very friendly and professional. I was impressed by how quickly suitable potential buyers were identified. Viewings were accommodated with sufficient notice, client feedback was promptly given and excellent guidance was provided during the conveyancing stages. Dawn from Belgravia

I am currently searching for a flat with Dawn from Belgravia branch, she super helpful and very nice person to deal with. She is the agent who really takes care and sends options that are not random and definitely suit my criteria. During busy market periods some agents do not even respond to emails and do not call back - Dawn is nothing like that.
